I ordered a meal online using the mobile app to pick up through drive-through, and when we got there all was fine until we got to the last window and they told us— at the window— to go into a parking spot which required us to back up, forcing us into the line, and into the spot. We waited for over 10 minutes for our food to come out, watching at least five cars get their food in the drive-through before a person came out with our food. When we got home we realized that they also gave us the wrong beverage. Every time we come to this location, there’s always an issue, but this takes the cake.

I like their new modern look and decor on the inside but the place is still full of homeless people and a bunch of kids who are so loud and obnoxious. The staff are also slow and very rude. The place smells so bad it literally smells like dirty bathrooms. The restroom’s themselves are extremely un taken care of and so so dirty. I guess because of the location it’s in that factors in all those things. The only good thing is there updated decor.

12-04-2025 around 10:42pm, the girl with glasses at the last window of drive-thru was very rude. Asking me to pay for a sauce with a very negative tone, to which I agreed. She closed the window on my face and ignored us. Then came back after chatting with someone and gave us the sauce, said “just go”, closed window. As if we were complaining about having to pay for a simple sauce. No manners whatsoever, light-skin Hispanic girl with glasses. It’s just funny, so miserable.

They messed my order up . And as I drove up to the drive thru some one was standing at the window and ask me for money I said I have a credit card I don’t have cash she started to scream in front of the McDonald’s drive thru window . Then when I realized my order was wrong I called and no answer. This is the second time this happened .

This place is horrible in terms of service. Wait times for food are over 10-15 min which is ridiculous. There is always a long line seems no one wants to work at all. It becomes worse every time coming here.
