The Big Mac was a total mess so loaded up with special sause that it dripped out the side and slid all appart when trying to eat it. No ketchup in the dispencer, had to ask for water three times and no paper towels in the bathroom. Also they do not accept the the buy-one-get one receipt survey. coupon. And only one of the three ordering kiosk worked.

Soon as you walk in you are greeted with the smell of sewage from the bathroom. Waited 20 min for food. Wasn’t given the cups for our meals and when we asked for them the woman rolled her eyes. My daughter went to the restroom and came running out bc of the sewage smell almost causing her to throw up. I know its mcdonalds and I shouldn’t be expecting much but they need to get that sewage smell fixed. Won’t be returning.

The longest wait ever! We came on a Sunday afternoon and ordered from the kiosk, then waited 25+ minutes for a value meal and a Happy Meal. There were several mobile orders being picked up and those people did not have to wait so it appears the staff prioritizes mobile orders over people eating in the restaurant.
Our order was correct but steer clear of this location – do not recommend!

Again, the order was incorrect and after calling the general managers number and their denial of the order coming from their store, there was no resolution. The receipt and app clearly show the order was placed and filled at store 5040. There is a pattern of inconsistencies and not receiving the correct order and no change in simply reading a receipt to verify the orders are correct. The $10 upcharge is not worth it to get an incorrect order

Placed an order on the app for curbside pickup. Sat in spot 8 from 4:58 to 5:28. No one ever showed. Eventually I just left and asked my bank to do a chargeback for non-received goods.
I hope the franchise owner knows there’s customers doing this.

I waited 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches because they have my order to people in the drive thru twice. People who ordered after me got similar orders to mine before me. When my order came, half of it was already cold and the other sandwich was was hard.

I had to wait to give my order. Then they over charged me. I order off the value meal and it cost me $9 when every where else it was a little over $6. When I questioned they were a bit rude.

Mixed reviews incoming. Food was fresh and fast. Our initial service was very polite and professional she was a manager with tattoos but then there was a heavy set manager that was very rude to my wife. We ordered a plain cheeseburger meal but it came with cheese they remade the food no fuss but the heavy set manager was very rude when we went back up to get the order and she literally tossed the bag at my wife, livid. The only reason I did not make a scene is because they seemed to have special needs staff members and I could not guarantee she wasn’t one of them.
