Came to this location for the first time yesterday & the parking lot was a little hectic to get through to the drive thru line. Super busy which is a good sign. I thought I’d be in line forever but it moved so quick & the staff members were very bubbly & kind. They were excited to give me my food! I got my usual cold wrap & the wrap itself was a little stale. I also got fries with no salt & they were alright, just a little soggy.

Chick-fil-A catering was an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. The delivery arrived right within the allotted time, and the server was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They took the time to make sure every item was accounted for, which made the entire process stress-free and easy.

We went on a Saturday evening around 8 pm. The service was amazing, you place your order, pay and go to your seat, they bring the food out to you. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious as usual, but I gotta add that it’s a bit thinner than in the past. The chicken nuggets are very small, the chicken tenders are big, moist, and meaty.

The place is very clean, not so busy for a saturday night.

I calledd before placing an online order to confirm options for a friend with a gluten allergy. The manager who answered was exceptionally helpful, polite, and attentive. Our food arrived perfectly organized in separate bags such thoughtful attention to detail!!!

Whoever the manager is on Saturday nights truly exemplifies excellent leadership and customer care.

As per my grand children’s request, I have taken them to Chick-fil-A Hicksville, LI location a few times. Recently we went on a Monday for lunch. They (4 & 6 years old) knew exactly what to order from the kids meal. I got a spicy chicken sandwich. Overall, the services were efficient and welcoming! We ate everything in no time. They then played at the kids indoor playground. I am sure this restaurant will continue to be my top go to place to save the day as a grandma

i love going here and the lady lana is so sweet! she goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfy when eating. love getting lunch here. the polynesian sauce is the best with grilled chicken nuggets!

Nice clean location. With amazing staff. To bad the food was lacking. Order 1 spicy chicken large meal and my wife ordered a chicken sandwich large meal..Compared to her chicken my spicy chicken was absolutely tiny for a $6 sandwich. The bread should not be larger then the chicken. Also it was no very hot and we at it there. The Fries were half filled for a large very disappointing. The nuggets were great though, and everything was tasty just expensive for for portion you get.

This might be a rare location, but it’s definitely the cream of the crop of fast food restaurant. My first time at chick fil and I was so impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the employees here. This location is clean, modern, and even have real nice touch such as the fresh flowers on the table. There is a small indoor ground and the kids loved that part. Families with young kids will love the stick on table mats that this location provide. Truly the nicest fast food resturant i have ever witnessed. Looking forward to coming back!
