A surprisingly great restaurant! With it being connected to a store I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was overly impressed with everything. The bar has 24 beers on tap and the wine selection is superb. They have a good selection of food with great specials each day. I fully recommend everyone to go on Wednesday when you get 1/2 price wine and sushi. Definitely will be going back.

The burger I had was good. My wife’s chicken sandwich was not good. We arrived a few minutes before 11. Couldn’t order until the system changed over. The were very confused about what they had. I wanted onion rings but they were out of them. The sandwich My wife wanted they didn’t have.. I asked if they had coke zero the lady said yes but they didn’t have. So very unorganized. We won’t go back!! Made a special effort to eat there but so disappointed!

This has become our family favorite. The food and service is always great. We are there at least once a week for sushi, which is surprisingly amazing. You wouldn’t expect a grocery store restaurant to be so great. If you haven’t been, you need to give it a try. They have good daily specials too.

Great food, service, and selection of beer (24 tap handles)! Always fresh ingredients, and if they run out of something, they go next door and get it off the shelf! How cool is that?? Prices are average and comparable to Chili’s, TGI Friday’s, etc. but the food is way better! Highly recommend.

Went to pick up a breakfast order on way to tournament at Louisville Slugger complex. Order wasn’t ready and had to wait. When I got my order the drinks smelled and tasted like they were contaminated with chemical cleaner. Absolutely avoid this place.

We like this place mainly for their craft beer selection and the price specials. Their ‘Happy Hour’ specials are $1 off beer and half price appetizers. The portions of the appetizers are quite large so that when we get two appetizers each for $5 it will feed the two of us with leftovers. That’s an easy $10 meal for two people with some for later.

I have always enjoyed the Hy-Vee Cafe for breakfast. Occasionally for dinner meals as well. This Hy-Vee location is a cut above most. I was there late, and yet, their selections and quality was fantastic. Food still seemed fresh and appetizing. I had the Asian, and it was very good.

Came in and sat at the bar as it was just myself and I wanted to sit and watch the Cardinals game while I ate. After ordering, the bartender went to the kitchen for something and the manager was at the bar. I asked him if he could change the channel to the Cardinals game, as the TVs were ALL on the Cubs game. He told me no, and suggested I move if I wanted to watch that game as it was on a different TV away from where I was sitting. To me, that was not very good customer service. I was literally the only person sitting at the bar and I didn’t think it was a big deal to put only one of the TVs on the Cardinals game. Apparently, it was to him. In every restaurant I have ever been to, or worked at, if the guest asks you to turn on a specific sporting even, you do it. They come for the experience. I ended up cancelling my food order and left. I then went to a different place, where I was not treated as if I was asking for something completely outlandish. This was my first and last time here. The server himself was very nice. And I paid for my drink and tipped him.

Came into the restaurant and had to wait awhile to be greeted and seated by host. Once seated we waited 10 mins and no server ever came to our table. We got tired of waiting and left for another restaurant. We’ve had mixed experiences here unfortunately. Sometimes the service and food is great but other times the food is awful or the service is. We never know what our experience is going to be when we walk through the door. That’s why we come here so little.

I would eat here way more if I lived in town. Service was fantastic! Food was fresh, hot and we’ll seasoned. I was really impressed with the decor and cleanliness. I’ll be back when I’m in town. Hy-Vee continues to deliver quality.
