So it was almost 15 minutes for an ice cream cone and a sundae which was annoying but I understand because I’ve worked fast food before and it just happens sometimes. I go to the first window and wait, nobody is there. I drive up to the second window when it’s my turn and I hear the whom I’m assuming is the manager, fussing about she doesn’t know who said what and doesn’t know what I’m wanting that I said something about a kids cone. When I was on the speaker I asked for the ice cream just to be smaller and not stacked high because it was for my 7-year-old. That I understood it was the same price. Then everywhere was a hubbub because I hadn’t paid yet at the first window and they were confused who had which order, which I told them there wasn’t anyone at the first window to which the work her sighed. They work on my ice cream which they made the cone entirely too tall but it was fine I didn’t say anything, and then he hands me a hot fudge Sunday with literally a dime-sized squirt of hot fudge and he said I’m sorry the hot fudge is at the bottom of the container and I can’t get it out. To which I responded okay well I’m sorry but I don’t want to pay for a hot fudge if it’s not got hot fudge to which he takes it back and sighs again takes it back puts a little bit more fudge on it. I just said thank you and took it. I had to ask for a spoon twice with again the sighing and irritability. I get having a rough morning but they didn’t look short-staffed at all and I didn’t ask for much.

I went in for the 2 for 5 sausage, egg and cheese, mcmuffins and one large black coffee. I have proceeded at 841 cashed out. Didn’t receive my food till 906. The skinny white manager didn’t really care about nothing. The big one that looked like a slab wasn’t ready for work. And just complained about how the storm was coming in 2 days. What is that 1 /

Update: points taken off Health Inspection for cracked refrigerator gasket even though refrigerator temperature was correct…hope to see on next Health Inspection
Not sure why they received a 96.5 on the health inspection (the place was spotless to include the restroom and the viewable kitchen area). Kevin was attentive to my special request and thoroughly completed my order. I highly recommend this McDonald’s…..

Ordered large drinks, the girl asked three times and all 3 times we said large. Food tastes like it’s been sitting for a long time. Very slow service and 3 different people were upset that their food was wrong or not fresh. Do not recommend !

I stopped at this McDonald’s for coffee this morning. The lady who waited on me was very friendly. I was planning to drink my coffee and look on the internet on my phone, but I didn’t have any service. To my surprise, the restaurant offered free wi-fi. Nice!

I go here a lot and I have finally had enough. The guy in the morning needs a new job . Can never get my order right ( from steak egg and cheese bagel meal to a big breakfast with hot cakes and steak) wants to argue with me on every order .. this time I order the big breakfast and was told we can’t do the steak and when I get to work find out my hot cakes are missing … come on get better staff plz … for your business you need to !!!!

I get workers are people and not my slave so I understand the few times I’ve come in and the staff weren’t immediately attentive, and while the kiosks can be hard to learn as someone with talent I know how to use them when it’s busy hours. I’ve also learn that in the drive through they are pressured to kept times down by parking people, it’s a little annoying but I kinda like waiting and the view at the parking area is lovely. I also make sure to quality check my food in a parking spot out of the way before driving away or home to ensure it’s good so I don’t waste my time or act like an idiot when my food gets cold cause I wait to eat it till I get home.

While the restaurant is clean, they were not too busy and took several min to take the order they were only focusing on drive through that was not more t h at 1 to 2 cars at a time. Then the poor girl behind me they didn’t even take her order. The food was tasty but really need to focus on friendly service

What i ordered was wrong when I got it. When I simply asked for it to be fixed the wrong lady rolled her eyes got what I was missing with attitude and didnt even say a word to me. It was not busy at all.
