I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got a piece of chicken slapped on bread. Nothing else in it. I have a sort lunch break so no time to run in and get it fixed. Might as well have eaten at a gas station

Service was slow we ordered fish sandwiches and they had very little tartar sauce on them and fries were cold, I suspect they were ones taken back from another table as I seen them take two orders of fries back and then they brought them out a new order and said these just came out of the fryer, just a guess but seemed to fit. The tables were not cleaned up had to find a clean table to sit at. Their prices have continued to rise not making it the bargain it once was … Also not happy with the app as you can only order one of the specials not two if you both want the same one so the bargain price isn’t there. We are going less and less to McDonald’s these days. They still have the best fish sandwich though and fries when they’re hot …

I went to the drive thru and this location today and ive never received such poor service from a Mcdonalds in my life. They didnt give us what we ordered. I had a code for a happy meal used it and they ended up charging me for another happy meal that nobody asked for. I didnt ask for any changes to the burger yet there was no cheese on my cheeseburger and was filler with a mountain of onion. I ask for BBQ and receive sweet and sour, if you didn’t hear me correctly, ask again don’t just put whatever u want on the register. As someone who also works in fast food I was extremely disappointed in the lack of care by your workers.

We came to McDonald’s with our 5-month-old baby. We quietly entered the kids’ room while our baby was sleeping.
A cleaning employee then came in and started loudly banging cabinets, moving chairs, and making unnecessary noise. As a result, our baby was woken up and started crying.
This was completely unacceptable, especially in a children’s area. The staff showed no consideration for families with infants. Very disappointing experience.

As far as fast food place, like most its a hit or miss. Like a week ago i met a friend there so our kids could play in playland and we grab a bite to eat. On the app when i ordered i said want extra fry not the apple slices in the kids meal. I also got myself a cheeseburger. My cheeseburger had no cheese and my kids kids meal had the apple slices not the extra fries. So i took it back up and told them the girl put something in on the computer, they bring me a replacement cheeseburger but not another kids fry for the kids meal so i had to go back to the counter again, since the girl took the apple slices before. Either way i should get an extra fry or apple slices. I opted for apple slices cuz i didnt want to deal with them again plus my kid already ate their fries and cheeseburger. The other day i went through the drivethru, got begal breakfast sandwich and hashbrown. No issues. Tonight i went through to give the rootbeer float a try. Very disappointing. I had my reservations when i saw the photo in the app but ordered it anyway. I dont think its the employee being stingy or anything, i think its how mcds says to make them. And its horrible. It takes me about 2 mins to get home from mcd. When i did i took out a teaspoon and it was 2 bits of ice cream. The rest rootbeer. That is not what i think of when i think rootbeer float. Horrible. You’re better off getting a plain sunday and small rootbeer. I ended up just dumping the rest after eating the 2 bites of ice cream cuz it just wasn’t what i was thinking and wanted and just didn’t taste good.

Great food and service. Kids love here. My son threw his toy and it stuck on the top of the slide. They helped him get the toy down. Appreciate their help even when they’re busy.

Driving home west and was craving an ice cream cone. 10/10 at 6:30pm. Fast service through the drive through and I got my ice cream cone!!! It was a nice surprise and treat for the ice cream machine to be in service.

I arrived a few days ago. I ordered from the machines, and it seems none of them have paper because no receipt prints. They gave me the wrong food, and when they brought it again, they gave me the wrong food too what wasn’t right, I didn’t want to speak up so they’d give me the correct order, and then the burger came out raw. The place had a lot of trash all over the floor. It’s necessary to strengthen these weaknesses. They need to improve.

The experience was awesome! First of all, they had very good food. Thank you to them for bringing the snack wraps back. Next, they also had very very friendly staff. I specifically want to mention someone named Benjamin. He was very kind and was very helpful. He said have a great day! Very good manners. Also, there was a playplace for kids to play. The manager of this McDonald’s. W Keep doing it this way!
