I placed an order online with an Oreo shake. They gave me a chocolate shake instead and two of my items were missing. The online orders are never done by the pick-up time. I always have to wait about an extra 30 minutes just for my food to be lukewarm. I enjoy their food but the service here could be way better.

Jessica P was our waitress. She was great. Attentive & nice. Our food came out quickly and she kept our drinks full. Only complaint is a a different worker arguing and complaining loudly & aggressively with another worker where everyone could hear. Aside from that great dining experience 🙂

The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The waitress Jessica was very polite and friendly and she made sure we were all satisfied with everything. She was by herself but she worked the room to ensure that everyone was taken care of. You definitely wouldn’t have known that she was working that shift by herself. Me and my family will definitely be back.

I love Ihop food & service! What I don’t like is not being able to order the way I can in store online. Please fix the online ordering allowing us to substitute items. I don’t always want to leave home or make a call when there are apps available and delivery services.

Food was great and staff was attentive and courteous. Cook was honest about the grits: too watery, I don’t think you would like them. I appreciate that. Atmosphere 4 stars simply because the floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a year or so.
