Came in here today to get my lunch and coffee going!!! Love McDonalds cause its consistent wherever I go.
Parking my semi is CRA. Had to park across the street at BP gas station, but I made it work.
Couldn’t snag any pics, but McDonalds decor is definitely creme de la creme!!! I was throughly impressed. I felt like I was at Starbucks.
You got to come check them out if you’re in the area.

I cannot say in the multiple times I’ve ever been at this location that I’ve been pleased with the service. Anything you order takes way too long compared to other locations. I have tried to be very understanding that this location can get busy because it’s right off the high way and I’ve never been rude to the staff because it’s clear that I’m not the only one who has experiences like this. But having to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot for a kids happy meal is excessive. The staff doesn’t portray that they care much about their jobs or to have any sense of urgency when they are backed up. Unfortunately I have to continue visiting this location and they’ll still get my business because of it, but I hope they figure out how to run the business better.

Fries were cold, ordered a medium (on the right) and also a small (on the left). There were more fries in my small than the medium!!! Went back up to the counter and complained about the amount of fries in the medium and the manager had the nerve to tell us that’s the size of a medium now. I think not! She forgot our sandwich and it took 25 minutes to get our food. Seemed like the drive thru was their priority. Ridiculous! Do not recommend. Go down one more exit to the next one.

On 11/15 at around 5:30pm I stopped here – waited over 20 minutes to get to the window to pay, and then waited another 10 minutes to get my food. Food was ice cold (the drink was warmer than my food). No napkins, and got an attitude from the drive-thru staff member when I asked for extra salt. If i could give 0 stars – I would.

When ordering they were very dismissive and still ended up getting my order wrong tried to tell them a the window and the manager with the colored hair rolled her eyes at us didn’t even let us finish telling her what was missing. Then when I went in to clarify what was missing she rolled her eyes and got it for me another employee said another one?? With an attitude when they should have payed attention to the order in the first place and that manager should control her face and actually try to listen to the problem with the order hope yall do better but the food was fresh and after all the problems my kids had what they ordered. Oops also they gave us no sauce at all and it was a lot of sauces we ordered

All Good staying in my RV till I can get home to NC. I ha r been coming in the past 3 days for breakfast hang out for a little and today the Manager in the Mansfield store off 71 pulled and sat in front of my RV till I left giving me a mean eye. Will Never eat at McDonald’s again. I’m on buisness it’s a TRUCK and RV Parking Lot. She was bitching when I walked in to get breakfast about someone in the drive-through. Typical McDonald’s Management a Joke!!

Very cool looking McDonald’s. We stopped here on our way to Columbus. The service wasn’t very pleasant. Our coffees looked like they were partially drank. It was just odd of an experience. I don’t think that I would make a point stopping here again.
