Jen and the late night crew are amazing! Always good service and correct order. The mid afternoon crew on the other hand are incompetent and really rude. Told the man at the speaker that he had rang my order incorrectly and he told me to pull around and he would fix it. Was STILL given the incorrect items even after telling the staff at the window as well.

Absolutely adore the Morning/Breakfast Crew here. They are all so kind, hard working, and super efficient. They know my order before I even step foot in the door. The Restaurant is always spotless. Ample Parking. Easy in and out!

Anytime I get a drink here, it’s not filled to the top and has anywhere from 1/2 inch to an inch of space between the lid and the liquid. People are nice but I feel like I’m getting ripped off. Supposedly they use machines now to automatically fill and that’s why.

The people are nice and the restaurant is clean, but they’re really inaccurate with orders. Ive been here maybe 4 or 5 times total and only once had no issues.
If you order here, I recommend going into the dining room and double checking your order, just to be safe.

Whether you drive through or walk in. This McDonald’s always does it right. They do occasionally forget to put straws in but if thats the worst that could happen here. They’re better than their next door neighbor who haphazardly tossed fries into the bag.

The store hours state that the dining hours are till 8 o’clock. However. The cleaning employee closed the door 50 minutes prior, even though there was only three people in the dining room.. I was forced to go through the drive-through which had at the time 10 cars. Like this isn’t difficult so the store should be held accountable for not going forward with its hours..

Trash service. Tried to order food online for pick up. When we showed up 15 prior to closing, were completely ignored on the intercom for 10 mins while the other side pulled through multiple vehicles. Upon moving forward regardless of the fact no one answered on the intercom, we were told since it wasn’t 15 mins prior to close to tell them we were there, no order. People in the other lane ordered a new order, but we were given nothing and told it was our fault by the drive thru employee. Unprofessional. Will drive out of the way to go elsewhere after football games at NA.

Went for a shamrock shake, but they said the machines were down. Then pulled up to the window to pay and waited for about 5 minutes before the woman at the window stopped texting on her phone to tell me to just pull up to the next window. Then I got the the final window (all I got was an ice water because I could not get the shamrock shake) and the automatic drink dispenser had not done my ice water, so it took another maybe 5 minutes to wait for that to come out as well. All in all I went for a seasonal item, the machines were down (I don’t remember the last time a machine was actually working at McDonalds), and then it took 10 minutes to get an ice water. Insane levels of incompetence and laziness at this location.

I ordered a Iced decaf coffee with Vanilla sugar free flavoring. I also requested Splenda on the side & no liquid sugar. The girl told me that you dont have decaf Iced Coffee. She told me she can make the drink but she’ll have to give me a cup of ice in addition to the hot coffee. Suddenly, she was asked her manager & she was able to do it. My concern is I have health reasons as to why I am unable to drink anything with caffeine. I became extremely ill after drinking half of it (which was brought on from the caffeine in my drink or the liquid sugar). How can I ever TRUST McDonald’s????? again.
