If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve given this restaurant MANY MANY chances over 4 years hoping for it to be even remotely decent food and not one.single.time. Have I EVER gotten good food from this location. I know that BWW can be good as the location where I am from is wonderful. This location should close or possibly just be a bar? Because the food is absolute trash. My tomatoes don’t even have a hint of red to them, the chicken was so hard I couldn’t even cut it and sauce… what’s that? When I was a server I would have been absolutely mortified to serve this to a customer. 10000000000000000000% will never give this place a chance again. Whoever the GM is should be ashamed

We tried to go in for happy hour and sat waiting, and waiting, and waiting. They clearly don’t care about the customers. We watched about 4 employees walk by us starting at us like we were a side show to the public, all while there were only 5 tables on the entire restaurant with people. If you go here, be prepared for garbage service.

I ordered through the and since it was dinner time it and it said 30 minutes, fine. Sent my husband to go get it after 40 minutes of waiting in store he asks again for our order and they can’t find it. He calls me to double check the app, so I check and verify he is at the right store and they said they still can’t find it. After an hour they decide to remake the order. This pregnancy craving is not worth it. This is twice now we have ordered here the food and service has not been up to par at all.

Been to the Buffalo Wild Wings on Montgomery Blvd NE many times. Food was great and the service was professional… UNTIL THIS VISIT.

Went in for a late lunch and sat down at on one of the many dirty tables. After 10 minutes a young curly haired kid server came over with menus. Told him the table was dirty and he left. Came back a while later with a soaking wet rag to clean the table. Left the table soaking wet and put menus down on the wet table. Very few customers seated at the time but the servers were back in the corner socializing, laughing, and ignoring their customers.

Server returned. We were ready to order and told him what we wanted. He replied “is that an online special?”. Along with NOT cleaning his tables he doesn’t know the menu. Told him we wanted another server. Finally another server came over with a sour look on his face. Asked to speak to the manager. she came over and we told her what was going on. She apologized and offered to buy us lunch but I’m not stupid enough to trust my food to unprofessional servers I had complained about to the manager.

We left and will NEVER set foot in any Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Left feedback at corporate and was contacted by the manager who is without a doubt managerially challenged. With SO MANY BAD REVIEWS REGARDING THE SAME PROBLEMS AT THIS BWW LOCATION IT DOESN’T SEEM THAT CORPORATE WILL DO ANYTHING.

I wish i could give this a 0 star rating but that’s not possible so i give it a 1.

Customer service here never fails to disappoint me. We waited almost 30 minutes before our server even came to our table. When they finally did, there was no introduction, no smile, and no basic courtesy. They didn’t even ask if we needed anything. The overall customer service was terrible. The staff was very rude no smiles at all, just dirty looks toward multiple guests that I noticed. What made it worse is that it wasn’t even busy; it was fairly chill, yet most of the staff was busy socializing instead of helping customers. This wasn’t my first time here. I came back a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt, but once again I left dissatisfied and disappointed. Clearly, nothing has changed. I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing this. They seriously need to hire new staff or improve their customer service training.

Tried to place an online on Thursday and Friday, the website said it was down due to technical issues. So I called the order in. Was given two different prices from online and call in. Told by the manager that prices vary from online to call in. I told the manager that their online ordering wouldn’t allow me to place an order. Manager did not troubleshoot.Went to pick up our wing order and waited about 10 minutes in line. Not too bad. Got to register and was given a total that was completely different from online and phone order. Asked to speak to the manager and was rudely received by a short lady manager with an even shorter temper. She told me that they have no control over their own prices and she said she could give me a discount THIS TIME. I just wanted the price given online and promised online but was not allowed to pay for. She gave me the discount, just wanted to highlight her poor attitude and horrible customer service. THIS TIME I won’t be back.

Still waiting on the food with the service is extremely horrible especially on Veterans Day. I feel like I am nothing but I never wanna feel like this especially since you guys are offering something for veterans on this very tumultuous day for us!! The bartender today was seriously not not wanting to attend to me nor the people that were at the bar at the time, especially when I walked out, she gave me a dirty look. I will never come here again and I love Buffalo wild wings.

The customer service was terrible. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. We waited by the entrance for nearly 10 minutes without acknowledgment, and instead of being greeted, someone shouted across the restaurant that it was open seating. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. Very disappointing experience.

Poor customer service. I am starting to really dislike this place. If you place an order to go, make sure that you check it first, especially if you order a basket of fries. They give you very little fries when you order to go and occasionally do it when you dine in. Basket of fries is like 5 dollars. Ridiculous, when you do not get the right amount. To top it off, sometimes the fries you get are not cooked very well or cooked too much. What is the point? :/ Last week, they got my to go order wrong and I notified them the next day because they were literally at capacity and had to park two businesses over to pick it up . They apologized and said they make mistakes, but offered no solution to fix my order. So I just wasted my money. They gave me wrong sauces on my food and the fries were not cooked well. I guess I won’t be online ordering for a while or I will only dine in so if they get it wrong I can tell them right there and then.
