They don’t use the phone and to make this in the front where it’s supposed to clean.. yeah right I got a bug in my frappe it’s disgusting I am upset.. don’t eat there 0/10 I don’t recommend them at all

If you order from this location make sure to go thru the drive thru or door dash it. This is the second time I’ve used the app and chose to pick it up at the counter and both times I’ve sat and waited for 30-45 mins waiting for my order as I watch door dash and drive thru keep rollin thru. I guess they arent timed on these type orders but when I receive a notification from the app saying that they are preparing my food the is no reason I should have to wait an additional 30 mins.
And don’t get me wrong, everyone working are friendly and busy so I don’t think it’s the staff but I don’t know what the deal is
Edited to address the response from the owner. Don’t try to save face by acting like my issue will be resolved by filling that out. I will get a auto reply email saying thank you and It will get someone in trouble but like I said in the review the staff was friendly and stayed busy with orders.

I only wanted a mcflurry and it took 60min just to ask me if i wanted something else. I wish I was over exaggerating. I’m not the type of person to write bad feedbacks. But this place genuinely need work to do, such as the work environment, hiring process and presentation wise.

I don’t know no what happened but this is not the Mickey Des that I grew up with. Every time I get a burger it’s Luke warm and the burger taste like card board the cheese on it is still in a square, and don’t let me tell you about the frys. They are all about two stars.

Yeah this location definitely just hiring anybody. I can see this location closing down in the near future. Maybe for a “remodel”… hopefully when they start back up they actually send some good people to work there.
