The dining area is super roomy, which I really appreciated—no squeezing past tables like in other places. Great food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend anything Parmesan crusted and definitely try the Firecracker Wraps!
I ordered my steak medium, but it came out nearly raw—cold and purple in the middle. When I sent it back, they took my entire plate, including the salad. A short while later, they brought it back and it looked like the same steak had just been thrown on the grill for another 30 seconds. Still undercooked and absolutely not what I ordered. To make matters worse, it seemed like they just reused the same salad I’d already started eating—not exactly appetizing.
My fiancé ordered a salad with chicken, but it was missing the chicken entirely. When we pointed it out, they did eventually bring some out—just four tiny pieces. For the price, that felt pretty insulting.
The manager was on the floor the whole time, visiting several other tables, yet he completely ignored ours. No check-in, no apology, no attempt to make things right.
We left feeling unheard, disappointed, and hungry. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning
After eating at three different restaurants in the past week, this was the first time both the service and the food were truly exceptional. Highly recommend this location.
