I see a lot of 1 star and 5 stars here so I agree this is a hit or miss. Came in at 4:33 pm, not rush hour and it took 15 mins to get my order. Bun was fresh and soft but the burger was well done when it said on the menu it’s medium well. Took me 4 bites to get to the beef Pattie and the Texas avocado burger overall was way too dry with no sauce. Onion rings portion was too small, staff was not so nice and the women’s restroom was a disaster. This place is overpriced and you could get a better burger somewhere else.

Just had the BEST meal at Gott’s Roadside!
The avocado tacos were incredible, and the sweet potato fries, fried green tomatoes, and fried brussels sprouts hit the spot.
Washed it down with a perfect Arnold Palmer.
Loved the chill vibe — I’ll definitely be back!

The california burger was solid, but the fries were mediocre. I liked the fried egg but wasn’t a big fan of the arugula. The fries were underseasoned, but not bad with ketchup. Wouldn’t mind visiting again and trying another burger

This is my second favorite burger spot in San Jose. It’s good enough that I think about it whenever I’m near Palo Alto. Both the California Burger and Kimchi Burger were great, so I’m always curious to try their rotating “Today’s Burger”. so far I’ve seen options like the Pineapple Burger and Lobster BLT.

1st experience Monday 6/23. Great tacos, good portion size. Not so good garlic fries. They were a bit overcooked & unseasoned. However, onion rings are divine. I know what to order next time. Onion rings & plantbased chicken nuggets.

Great place to get a nice burger in the area. The place has indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor is decorated clean and modern, while outdoor area is more desirable. We tried the special- grilled pineapple burger and kimchi burger. Both are delicious, right size with French fries. We went on a Saturday, the parking was not easy as it is located at a very busy plaza.

Authentic American Burger, a must try
Situated in Town & Country Village, walking distance from Stanford, It was a very good burger, so tasty and recommended to try, the fries as well were good, they have the burger with grilled pineapple which is good and the grilled corn cob as well

Delicious hamburger, fries, and chicken tenders. I appreciate that a gluten-free bun option is offered and at a good price too ($1 up-charge). I think Udi’s is the gf brand used, so it’s also dairy free. They seem to take allergues seriously, so this is great for anyone who has concerns. The service is friendly and fast too.

Second time we have been here. First time we ordered and took it home to eat. Burgers are never good if they’re not eaten right away. This time we sat down and ate. I ordered the double cheese burger and a strawberry shake. My family ordered chili dog and a Wisconsin burger. We all enjoyed our food. I thought the burger was cooked good and had a lot of flavor. I enjoyed the cheese even though it was American cheese. I usually don’t like that but it was a compliment to the taste of the burger. I was told the chili for the hot dog didn’t taste great on its own but combined with hot dog it was better. We also ordered the garlic fries. Those were delicious! Will definitely come back here though parking and traffic in that shopping center is horrible.
