1/25/25 11:30am Busy. Huge drive thru line and little seating inside. Fingers had an interesting batter and fries were great. Sat next to a couple from Eau Claire who stop every time when in area and love it. Good, but once was enough for us.

It was very cozy in here! I loved the seats, staff, and customers. Parking was hell. Drive through was hell. If you want FAST food, go inside to order! (Depend on the time of day) and if your going during rush hour, just go home at that point. For being a fast food place where the only actual food is chicken you would’ve thought its exceptional. But the chicken is horribly mediocre. Its very bland, Unseasoned. Toast and the sauce carries. However, would come again.

We went here for lunch and it was delicious! I had never had it before and came in skeptical not really wanting to eat this type of food but they hands down did a wonderful job! The store was very clean and the crew was hilarious. We will definitely be back.

The Woman Working the Window at about 11:45pm was very disrespectful (I would put a name but she wouldn’t give one). My food was given to me incorrectly and I mentioned that and she rolled her eyes. Then proceed to charge me extra for the change. When I asked why I was being charged extra and she said because you’re getting free food. Then Said what part of that don’t you understand. I think she was being very rude for a mistake they made and charged me extra like I was the one who made the mistake. Very unprofessional. I really like Caines but lately the Woodbury caines has made me not wanna go back to any. The staff needs some Hospitality training.

My go to quick bite place. Chicken is served hot and is very good. I like the cane sauce, but be warned for those who do not like vinegar. Crinkle fries are always hot and I am a fan of the coleslaw which is not too saucy. Texas toast is bread…kinda hard to screw that up. Overall, good for quick and delish meal.

Everything we got was cold and the coleslaw was warmer than the chicken and the fries and the chicken was super oily. It’s very expensive for a small amount of food and everything was below average. You can get better and hot chicken at KFC with a cheaper price. Don’t listen to TikTok, the food is bad! It also messed up my stomach after eating it. They also messed up my drink order too. After eating this me and my friend both felt very nauseous and had stomach pains. Their oil is very off and I believe has gone bad or was dirty. The drive through was also very slow.
