Reviews
This time around was the
– Oreo Cheesecake we were surprised at how good it was and definitely adding their Cheesecake to the rotation list.
– German Black Forrest – I grew up with these cakes but this one was amazing and might not be for all with the mousse since its not a traditional version but the mixture of flavors was spot on and made this an amazing take on it.
– chocolate Mouse yes mouse it is full of mousse but it is the mouse. Absolutely delicious!
Food on the other hand.. terrible
I got the following cakes:
Nutella cheesecake
Caramel cream cake
Strawberry cup
Baklava cheese cake
German chocolate cake
The caramel cup was covered in a thick syrup that tasted nothing like caramel. The cream was bland so all you taste is syrup. After a few bites it was thrown away.
The Nutella cheesecake wasn’t rich and smooth like should be expected. It was very dry and almost doughy. Like they used flour or something to thicken the batter. That was also trashed. Didn’t taste like cheesecake.
The baklava cheese cake was similar. Very dry and the baklava is so hard it wasn’t worth eating anymore.
Haven’t tried the strawberry cup or the German chocolate cake but hoping they are better then the other slices we got. Not sure if the chef changed but will not be returning. $40+ down the drain.
It wasn’t just a cake, it was a beautiful, joyful reflection of us. Pure perfection.
I’ve never had anything bad here and the people are always friendly.
I wanted to share a recent experience I had with your pizzeria. We placed a fairly large delivery order to celebrate my birthday, including about $80 worth of subs. I personally ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. When the order arrived, I did not receive a Caesar wrap. Instead, I was given what appeared to be a chicken bacon ranch wrap with tomatoes. I am allergic to tomatoes, so unfortunately it wasn’t something I could eat. Justin, who placed the order, tried calling to let the restaurant know but was put on hold for about 10 minutes and no one returned to the call. I then called myself and spoke with a man who was extremely rude during the conversation. I explained that I received the wrong item and he immediately said he would refund me. I let him know that I would actually prefer to receive the correct food, especially since everyone else was already eating and I had nothing. He responded by saying they were closing and that he wasn’t sure what I expected him to do about it. I found this response very disappointing and honestly quite rude. The lack of hospitality or even basic understanding in that moment was surprising. It was frustrating to be in a situation where I couldn’t eat the food I received, and the response I was given made it feel like the issue simply didn’t matter. Because of this experience, it has left a very negative impression and makes me hesitant to order from the pizzeria or bakery again. I simply wanted to share this feedback, as the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing.
