$12 dollar Grinch meal but no fry seasoning….also tables are absolutely nasty and no one has bothered (in the past 20 mins. That we’ve been waiting on our dine in order) to clean them or the mass of food littered on the floors.

This is by far the best McDonald’s ever be been to. In MY experiences (I can’t speak for anybody else) each time I’ve gone the food has been fresh. Fries perfectly seasoned with salt. Just impeccable service. Keep it up!

The employees that work here do not care or pay attention. Went through the drive through and was rushed taking our order. Paid. By the time we got to the second window we were told to move up to the thank you sign and wait for them to bring out our order. We only ordered a double cheeseburger meal and two 6 piece nuggets. We waited 15 minutes and finally my husband went in to be told they lost our order and waited inside for an additional 10 minutes for them to make the order. The fries were missing so he had to go back inside to get those. Every time we visit this location, the service is worse than the last.

This location used to be wonderful but a new crew have cycled the and are completely unprofessional and rude. I’ve visited 3 times in a week and each time my order is incorrect or I am over charged. The night shift manager needs more training in customer service because after I made a complaint she got upset and I assured her it was just advice to better them.
I hope corporate takes reviews seriously. Bring back traditional hello, please, and thank you instead of just handing items and closing the window. It’s becoming ridiculous at the point

The food was fresh, but still tasted like chemicals. The service was very straight forward, hello, what do you want, give me your money, here’s your bag. I will say that the outside of the building was cleaner than most McDonald’s I’ve been to, mind you I don’t frequent McDonald’s, I was just craving some chicken nuggets.

I am a regular customer. Joann is the main character. Polite, friendly, professional. A couple employees seem to be mad, even if you ordered on app so they don’t have to do as much. But otherwise, clean location, good food.

These people are terrible. Showed up for my mobile order. Line for the drive thru hadnt moved in 30 min. The entire staff were outside smoking when i tried to park and grab my food inside. They told me outside they were taking a break and refused to make my food. I asked for a refund and they said to call corp. I did, corp said to call the store. I did. The store refused to refund the order because i didnt ask for a refund that day. There is a special place in hell… welp thats the last time i ever go to mcds for the rest of my life.

Stoped in for lunch and placed my order. Got my drink and walked around the restaurant to find a table. From the homeless to internet users, to management, there were nonempty spots anywhere. What tables that didn’t have people had McDonalds paperwork and phones plugged in and charging. A couple of management looming people were walking around but never offered too move things or clear out a spot. I see now why this restaurant has so low reviews. No one cares.

Reality is all chain restaurants have their ups and downs. This location is absolutely horrible right now. Please check your order before you leave because it will most likely be wrong.
Most of the staff is friendly but there is one young lady that is rude and lazy. My husband got our curbside order last week. He is recovering from a rotator cuff injury. She refused to hand him his drink from the tray even after he asked. Guessing she was entertained by watching his arm spasm while trying to reach the back of the tray.
