Five stars all the way around for Riviera Maya Mexican Restaurant in Dunnellon! The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent from start to finish. Our server Genesis was absolutely amazing… friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
The food was delicious, the serving sizes were generous, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality, service, and overall vibe. This place is a must-visit if you’re in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good about this place. Amazing food! Amazing staff! If there’s a wait, it’s never long and always worth the wait. The music was even 10/10 too. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant. A must try if you’re in Dunnellon.

What a find! I was out showing houses in Dunnellon and afterwards looking for a Mexican restaurant nearby. So glad I found this place. The atmosphere and vibe was so lively and fun. The food was delicious. And our server Jose was friendly and attentive. Would go back!

I must say that this is the best experience I’ve ever had at any Mexican restaurant or any restaurant at that. From the time we walked in, the place was beautiful. We were welcomed by several different people. The food was outstanding every last bite. Even two of the other patrons came over to talk to us about this restaurant that they traveled far to go there. The waitress Genesis was the best waitress we’ve ever had and she had a great smile on her face the whole entire time. I believe the manager’s name was Fidel and he must have came to our table four times to check on us. My fiance that I was with chose a place just because he knows Mexican is my favorite and he was really impressed from the first bite he took. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!!! Their food is the best I have had.

Mario Jesus and the whole team here were incredible. We hit them at their peak of dizziness and still had the most fantastic experience and the most delicious meal. Everything was spectacular. They even gave us a little extra shot of tequila for us only waiting a little few more Minutes later , so much fun! Highly recommended!!

This place was worth the wait. Didn’t have to wait to get in, but just haven’t had the time to go and visit yet. Food is great and the service was the same. We will definitely visit this place again. The only drawback was the queso was small for the price, but they might be just custom in inflation, lol.

Oh my goodness! This was the BEST Mexican food I’ve ever had! The salsa, the homemade tortillas, augua frescas, and even the rice and beans were delicious. And then, there’s the guacamole: they make it fresh right at your table!!!

Had dinner here with my grandmother! It was amazing from start to finish! The decor is so so beautiful. And perfect for pictures on a taco Tuesday 😉 Everyone was friendly and asked what we needed multiple times, being Mexican I’m very picky with my Mexican food, but everything we had was amazing! The ceviche the taco salad and the chicken quesadilla plus the drinks! When I’m back in town we will definitely be returning! Super authentic!
