They do not deserve even 1 star. They totally disrespected me and my sister. I waited 20 minutes for a sweet tea and never got it. I suggest if you are white don’t go there cause you won’t be served. They will take your money but won’t give you anything! Worst service ever!

I am visiting from out of town while my son is a patient at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. I stopped in to grab a meal for my wife, but my experience was deeply concerning.
Before ordering, I used the men’s restroom and was immediately overwhelmed by a foul odor. The toilet was severely clogged and overflowing with waste. It was evident that the facilities had not been checked or cleaned in a significant amount of time.
As a food service establishment, this is more than just “dirty”—it is a major health code violation. Maintaining a sanitary environment is critical to preventing the spread of diseases like Hepatitis A, which puts both your customers and your employees at unnecessary risk.
I am writing this in hopes that ownership or corporate management will take immediate corrective action. This location needs a rigorous cleaning schedule and better oversight to ensure a safe, sanitary environment for families visiting the nearby hospital.

I arrived at this location today for a frappe. I payed for extra caramel. After I received my order, I asked the young lady (I’m assuming she is the manager) if that was considered extra, because it did not look like the extra that I paid for. It was sloppily made & put into an extra cup because she said that the cup was leaking. As the picture shows, the frappe appeared watery, like it was not freshly made. With a slight attitude she insisted that it was an extra amount, and she walked away, closing the window on me. The lady with the red & black dreads is who I am inquiring about. She is rude & I did not appreciate her argumentative behavior & disposition.

I visited this location todau(11/20/25) approximately 11:45am the order taker was “ok”(he didn’t greet me at the window or thanked me), when I reached the pickup window the cashier was too busy talking about her family to even notice that I had arrived at the pickup window, she didn’t make eye contact, thanked me or anything, she proceeded to talk about her personal business…all I can say is wow…. I’m embarrassed for this restaurant.

When I come in to the establishment the people in there is very unfriendly people don’t acknowledge you when you walk through the door, and Everytime I stand at the counter I have to wait 6 to 7 minutes to just get someone attention so I can tell them my order sometime I will ask for people attention and they will just ignore me. It’s been times we’re I had to stand there 30 to 45 minutes before someone ask me what my order number is. Even then when I get my food something’s missing or some or they made my order wrong. Like when I put cheese on my chicken sandwich I have never gotten back with cheese on it, and it’s like I just wasted my money so I just stop order my food with extra things on it. Like There is not one McDonald’s I have ever gotten cheese on my chicken sandwich like when I ask for it and I pay extra for it. Even then sometimes I’ll order my food ahead like I don’t even order my food when I’m going to get my food I put my order in 30 minutes early and still my food is not made when I get to the restaurant and I will still have to wait another 10 to 30 minutes, And then every time I go to the place there are homeless people standing in front of the establishment so I feel uncomfortable even going inside just to get my food because people are begging for money at the stairwell.
