I was a dine in customer watching this evening. I understand it was incredibly busy, but even during those times, rudeness to the point someone is in tears should never happen. I watched as the doorash/uber/grub hub (not sure what app) delivery drivers came in and waited, quite patiently I might add. The middle aged woman with the red curly hair did not acknowledge any of them whatsoever. The young man working the counter did and he was very polite and kind. This woman with the red hair brings a bag out and yells out a name. Then goes back to whatever she was doing. The delivery driver seemed very confused and thought she was supposed to grab it and confirm. That woman who hadn’t acknowledged a single customer got right up in her face and told her not to step behind the counter. She was so rude that this driver walked out in tears and I followed to console her. That was awful. I dont care how busy you are, kindness is free and easy. I won’t be returning for that exact reason. That was absolutely horrible. Delivery drivers are working too and theyre penalized when they take too long to grab an order. Thanks.

A week prior to our event, our planner confirmed the process for placing a group order, notifying them of the date and number of orders. A couple days prior, we were notified that the orders needed to be submitted by 10AM the day of our luncheon. Upon arrival to pick up the 19 orders, they were turned away because of not being adequately staffed to process the orders submitted nearly 2 hours prior. At the very minimum, notice that they were not going to accept the order should have been sent at the time the orders were placed. Thankfully, the bbq place in the same parking lot was more than willing to accommodate the orders and lunch was delicious.

My son loves this Tower Shopping center Chipotle , and he usually gets burritos here . He says they do a good job and are friendly . He said his only complaint is they don’t wrap his burritos well enough sometimes .
Me personally , I don’t think they are friendly . I think they are kind of hateful . I barely got a spoonful of steak in my bowl one time and the girl looked at me and said “too bad” I have never in my life heard a employee say “too bad” to a customer . No attempt to fix it or anything . I’m glad my son likes this particular Chipotle because I think there are much better locations . I don’t appreciate the rude service . They need to improve big time before I’ll ever consider buying something from them again

This place is always dirty. Tonight, the place was empty when we walked in,every table was filthy. The cashier was playing on her phone. She watched me clean off a table so we could sit. We ordered and she continued to stand there. We politely mentioned it, and was met with annoyance and rudeness. They still never bothered to clean up.

The young guys helping me make the bowl were great and very helpful, however, the manager on Nov 22nd at 8:00 was extremely hateful to the new employee on the line. It was such extreme bullying it was hard to believe it was real. This is not the first instance of rude and disrespectful behavior I have experienced from this employee.

Very rarely have an issue at this location.
The server today hooked me up!

The employees completely ignored us for 20 plus minutes while trying to pick up our food that sat right on the counter, already paid for. Myself and about 8 other people…. ignored. Didn’t ask us anything. Never even spoke to us. If you ever order double anything from here, you never get it. You pay for double something but they never give you double. The “bag” of chips was literally 1 handful of chips. We’re tired of their laziness so we’re never going to this location again.

Very good, reminded me of chipotle believe it or not! Very long wait about 20 minutes after when we were supposed to get our food, because we ordered online.

Went a few hours after the typical lunch rush and there was only one family eating in there. The place was an absolute disaster and the food behind the counter hadn’t been refilled or flipped all day. There was also a baby behind the counter, which I can understand due to the childcare crisis right now, but the employees were just playing with the baby instead of doing anything related to their job while they had down time.
The girl serving us told us they didn’t have white rice because they didn’t feel like making any. The guac was just a tub of brown goo. There were multiple unfinished burritos laying on the counter behind the glass, likely due to people starting to create something and then deciding to leave as they worked their way down the line and realized they were out of half of the ingredients and the rest were so old I was worried I would get food poisoning. I’ll be going to Tanglewood or Valley View locations from now on. I suspect the new Qdoba across the street will put this location out of business in no time once it opens.

The times i do end up going to this chipotle they end up being out of stock on a lot (mostly white rice and steak).
Your better off going to the tangle wood one or valley view one they are way better.
Would not recommend this one
