Honestly ridiculous how downshill this location has gotten. I barely eat here but when I decide to I can never get my food in less than 30 mins you’re better off going to Applebees for that type of wait. Food quality has been slack the sandwich I’m eating right now is room temperature and I got 5 fries from a medium in the picture I’m posting. Sucks because they can’t help it when there’s 80000 students here just super upset with my last few trips not worth going to right now

Employees are always nice but there’s always a 30 minute wait minimum in drive thru. I’ve been in line currently for 20 minutes and haven’t even gotten to the part to scan the QR code for my mobile order. I stopped coming here for a long time because of this and I see it’s still the same as it was.

Update: waited 40 minutes in line for my mobile order which was one food item for it to be wrong. I’ve already deleted the app, I’m so over this place.

This is the best Chick-Fil-a I have ever been to. The staff are efficient, kind, and go out of their way to make their customers have a positive experience. Rick especially is very kind and attentive and is constantly making sure customers are satisfied.

I have never been more disappointed in a Chick-fil-A before. Everytime I go here something goes wrong and the place is dirty. I used to work for Chick-fil-A for 7 years. Everytime someone asked us or I asked other Chick-fil-A for fry boxes to move they gladly set aside a few just to use to help move. When I called I was put on hold and told they had to ask the operator Herb. I was then told they could not. This is the only Chick-fil-A that has rejected my request. I cannot begin to describe how unprofessional and terrible my experience has been. Herb continues to fail the community in every way. This store needs a new operator who wants to serve and make things better.

Grease was old which of course made all the food taste horrible and frosted coffee was awful! Please do better Clemson! Update…. Not even an hour after the eating this food my 3 year old nephew was throwing up!

Not the most fabulous Chic-fil-A we have been to. The place was dirty with a sticky floor; food was fine; server missed a drink on a very easy app order; and attention to the front counter was non-existent… almost like customers standing at the counter and waiting for refills were invisible. Artwork on the wall was amazing, but that’s not really why we come.

The new mobile line and they have at this Chick-fil-A. They will serve them before they serve you and they will take a extra long time when they give you your food because they give them their food first and then they don’t. They don’t offer you. Nothing else they just say sorry… the line takes for ever for no reason btw the students were gone and it was no one in the mobile line before me and I still had to wait for 3 cars before I got my food and I was in the front… manager Jacob didn’t act as if she cared much

This is the first review I have ever made but this location is consistently bad. Every time I go (my visits have decreased because of how bad it is), I sit in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. The ‘mobile-thru’ lane is not helpful either – it seems the regular drive thru gets through faster and all the mobile orders sit and watch them move through. They seem to have no sense of urgency at all. I have been to many chick fil a’s that objectively receive more traffic and not once have I waited 30 minutes (happens every time I come here). I would not recommend this location.

this is the slowest Chick fil a i have ever in my life been to. It has a reputation of being literally worse than McDonald’s when it comes to efficiency. unless the line is completely empty, chances are you’re going to be waiting 20 minutes minimum. it’s actually insane considering chick fil a is supposed to be know for how fast they are lol
