I have been a regular at this dunkin location for a few years now. I normally order a bacon egg and cheese, some days the sandwich is phenomenal but unfortunately about 20% of the time it is gross. The variability is very frustrating as it should be cooked the same way by every employee. I must say that all of the staff are always very nice, but there is a noticeable lack of communication between corporate and this location. I have brought back sandwiches multiple times, and once remade they are always better, but this issue has not been patched yet. I seriously think that this location would benefit from some corporate intervention.

Thieves. Do not order anything through the app from this location. I ordered a frosted sprinkle donut for my daughter through the app along with a coffee.
Upon arrival there was a coffee and empty bag waiting for me in the order pickup spot. The empty bag was how they relay that information so you can realize what’s going on before you wait 3 minutes to get an employee’s attention. Then you’re allowed to choose an alternative which I didn’t want. I wanted what I had already paid for. I went ahead and asked for a refund for the donut but was told they can’t do a refund for an online order.
So they basically stole from me. How is this even legal? It’s not even about the money or the donut, it’s the principal. They couldn’t have opened the register and given me the refund? Let’s be honest… dunkin quality is trash and they’re lucky people are stupid enough, myself included, to continue ordering there.
I stopped at a honey dew on my way home because I wanted to get my daughter her damn donut. They didn’t let me down, rob me, and actually gave me a decent product.

New owners. Prices jacked up by 50 to 70 cents or more. The place isn’t clean, always out of cups. Tried to charge 50 cents for a cup of ice after purchasing a bottle of soda… miss the old owners and staff and it’s only been a month or two. 🙁

Very bad customer service. Worst customer service staff was very rude and they just left my food on one side without notifying anyone for 10 minutes. Everything bagel was bad taste and it’s feel like a plain bagel and coffee cup was almost half empty aswell what a rip off from Management. No apologies or anything from staff will never go back there.

Stopped to try the new beyond sausage. Sucks that it comes with cheese and egg but it was good. Got it without the egg and cheese and ordered hash browns which I added onto the sandwich. The employees were friendly, helpful, and quick.

Not all Dunkin’s are created equal- and this one is on the good end of that! The staff is always kind, they are always working to keep the place clean, and they make my coffee quickly everytime. Definitely one of my favorite Dunkin’s!

This location has a despicable employee. I was waiting in line for my coffee when I young woman was coming in for her interview and asked the older woman with long gray hair at the counter where to go/what to do. That employee was condescending, disrespectful, and instead of helping or getting a manger, she decided to yell at this poor girl (who was incredibly respectful this entire time). Even another employee audibly said “damn, lighten up she’s just a kid”. That’s not how you treat another human being. Plus they got my coffee wrong at the end of all this but the hash browns were amazing. Never going to this Dunks again. I hope that older woman with the long gray hair gets fired.

If this store would even consider opening on time, that would be helpful. They advertise 4 am opening but usually don’t open until 4:10 or later. The staff is there but they are not punctual at all.
