Honestly my wife went to get the food roughly 20 minutes ago, before they made my orders wrong all the time burgers having no cheese or adding extra onions or just putting extra of condiments I asked to be taken off. The food is made with minimal attention. I would understand if they were fast but the service is slow and some drive through workers are great but they have one worker who looks to be doing me a favor by handling me the food I paid for. I try to have a nice attitude with them but they don’t know how to service anyone. The subway next door is a better stop by far.

Went through Drive thru yesterday at around 1pm or so . The lady at the window was answering my questions & was polite. Unfortunately you could hear a person in the background yelling at the employees to hurry up and move it, I speak Spanish and I don’t know how the poor lady kept her customer service up and continued to smile and thank me, someone needs to tell that lady with the big bun she ain’t working with cattle but people. Very rude, and sad you let people treat employees & customers like that.

Crap this place is the by far listen to me in my whole life strangest experience all my life between the kiosks for ordering when you first walk in that evidently you can ONLY USE CARD FOR AND IT SAYS NO WHERE ON THERE ONLY CARD SO WASTED ABOUT 10 minutes to find out you can’t even print a ticket for front out to get the front wait another 5 minutes for service to order Ohh then final price was more expensive for same items at front then kiosk Tryed to charge me crazy then I asked for bbq cause the manager charged me .55 cents for it however did not give me a receipt or the people behind me that also were charged .55 cents for their sauces so I’m go ask for receipt I want to know where my money went. Just saying stay tuned for part 2 thx guys

Please don’t park me on the side of the restaurant when you are not busy and have no other customers in the drivethur I don’t care about helping your speed of service on the drive thur pad ok. I care about how I am treated and the type of service you are giving. And this this is not ok.

March 29, 2023, 1932 hrs. I ordered one bacon Nader drive-through. Fast and friendly service. The burgers are never made wrong. I am always pleased with ordering with Wendys. Double meat, patties, melted cheese, and they are not shy with sharing the bacon. Yummy! It’s cooked to perfection. Thank you for keeping it on your menu this long.

Do not ever go to this Wendy’s. They gave me horrible food poisoning and I won’t stop diarrhea so much that it hurts my stomach don’t ever go to this Wendy’s ever I’m literally going to the hospital because of a lot of diarrhea oh, by the way, this is the same. Wendy’s that had a dead person in the bathroom I wasn’t allowed to go in the bathroom. And I was wondering why they did want to let me go in so i asked and the worker said that there was a dead homeless man in there. So I’m just saying I’m giving you guys a warning. DONT EVER GO!!!
