Upon entering the store, I was the only customer there but it still took almost 15 minutes to receive my order. I paid for ginger but my smoothie had no ginger. I could not even taste a hint of ginger, even when I got to the end (as I know sometimes the blending/lack of blending will cause it to be stronger than other times). I order the sweet potatoes all the time from other locations and noticed a huge difference in portion size. My container was barely filled with 7 sweet potatoes. I asked one of the staff if the portion size changed, as my container was almost empty. He stated he will get me another one. A few minutes later the other staff member, who originally handed me my order brought back out the same container with 7 sweet potatoes and said that was the correct portion. I said no, this isn’t acceptable, as I paid for a premium side. I told him I accept the new portion size but I will not pay $1.49 for 7 sweet potatoes and I will gladly accept a refund for the premium side and take chips. He walked away from the counter, without saying anything (just a sigh of frustration) and returned with a container of sweet potatoes that were the normal portion I am customed to.

Penny is amazing at customer service, made a great watermelon mojito & peanut butter cup smoothie for us, and the food was incredible (Turkey Bacon Ranch & Buffalo Chicken Wrap). 5 stars all around! Very neat, clean, and efficient establishment! 10/10 would recommend!

When we first walked in to shop, it was noticeably bright and extremely clean. The flatbread and wrap were fresh and delicious as were the smoothies. Staff was pleasantly engaging. We’ll visit again.

I hadn’t been to a tropical smoothie in years, and I was so surprised to find new things on the menu new owners that spoke to me like a family member very welcoming super knowledgeable about their product and the new protein blend smoothie was awesome five stars all the way around and by the way compared to the last time I was here the smoothie prices actually went down 2 to $3 which really surprised me Cody the owner was the person serving me and he was welcoming and awesome highly recommended I am now a regular customer

I am a little upset due to my last two visits at tropical smoothie. I have Never had a bad experiences until my last two trips..And I used to come here a lot! The new staff just don’t know what they’re doing.. The first time I ordered online and my smoothie wasn’t ready until 10mins after I got there!! Then today, 07/30/24 I walked in and an employee handed me my smoothie which was made incorrectly! It was made over and it STILL wasn’t right! But I would have been late back to work so I walked out.. the smoothie is very icey and clearly missing ingredients. All I taste is banana, ice & slight chocolate. I paid for a peanut butter cup, added white chocolate and yogurt ($10) and the smoothie is dissatisfying. I won’t be back if this will be a pattern. This was my lunch and honestly I will just be hungry smh *see photo with reference *

Waited 21 minutes for my wrap and smoothie to come out. Smoothie was melted when they handed it to me because it sat on the counter by the blenders until I asked someone how much longer my order would take and someone grabbed it. But only that, but it definitely wasn’t made right. More like flavored water than a smoothie. I’d say it was iced, but it was nearly melted so. Paid extra for sweet potatoes and this is what I was given. I don’t need a massive portion, but cmon. Register worker was nice to some and seemed to catch an attitude with others, guess it just depended how he felt for each transaction. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.

My mother ordered a wrap. Because they didn’t follow directions last time. They named her a special character. I’m gonna make sure she never orders from that place again. And what is this. Whoever made this if you hate your job. Just freaking quit. Because you are making tropical smoothie look really bad.

this is the second time I’ve ordered from this location, I always get the veggie hummus wrap. I don’t usually complain about food but the quality both times have been disappointing and I don’t even get to eat it because it’s garbage. Just disgusting and disappointing the food smelled funky, was cold didn’t look right looks like PUKE and I didn’t even want to take a bite into it so garbage got a free meal again, wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and I wish I saw the reviews before ordering whoever is in management get your team together because this food ISN’T IT .
