This is our favorite Chili’s location!! We always sit at the bar, John seems to always be there working and making drinks and customers happy. He’s so efficient at his job and keep things moving plus has conversations with his patrons. Highly recommend going to see him and enjoy a great meal. I ordered the salmon for the 1st time after asking John what he thought about it, he said it’s great actually and he was right. So good and I would get it again. My husband always enjoys the Margarita grilled chicken it’s his favorite dish. Don’t forget to sign up for rewards and get the free chips and salsa, chilis homemade chips are always my favorite. Enjoy!!!

Wow! Thats the only word to describe how my visit was today at Chili’s in white oak shopping center. Today is my daughter’s 13th birthday and I took her shopping at the mall. She decided against food court lunch and begged for Chili’s. I reluctantly said yes because we already had plans to go to another restaurant tonight. She agreed to go a split an appetizer with a friend.
We were seated quickly, greeted quickly, everything was appropriately paced. I mentioned to our server, McKayla, we were here per my daughters request since it was her birthday. When I say everything was hot/warm, perfectly made (including my margarita) the kitchen staff did phenomenal. I got the new trip dip and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of guacamole they gave and it was VERY fresh!!
Look at this cheese pull from the mozzarella! We cleaned our space i was getting ready to pay and I heard all this clapping. The staff sang a happy birthday song to my daughter and gave her an ice cream. Her face was sooo red we were not expecting that! I was on the phone I unfortunately didnt get a picture! But absolutely phenomenal and I hope others will have similar experiences. 10/10 will return!!

I ordered bacon chicken nachos entrée and received a noticeably lesser amount of chicken than what a 6 oz chicken breast would yield. I was told by the server that 6 oz is what is supposed to come with the nachos. When I brought this to the manager’s (Daniel) attention, he was very nonchalant and unhelpful. He made absolutely no effort whatsoever to address or correct the issue. I ended up just sending the entire plate back and got it removed from my bill. The lack of concern and professionalism was highly disappointing and I will not be returning to this chili’s. I’d rather go to TGI Fridays before returning here to be disrespected like that.

Loved our experience at Chili’s. The food was great and we had no wait time even though they were slammed. The staff handled everything like champs. Our server, Justin, was awesome, kept our drinks full, kept the chips and salsa coming, and even offered a fresh set to go. The general manager, Kimberly, also stopped by and we told her how much we enjoyed everything. This is the best run Chili’s I’ve been to. Very clean, well kept, delicious food, and good pricing. We’ve visited multiple times before and will definitely be back again soon.

Stopped in late (9pm) for dinner after our daughter’s softball camp. Service was friendly. We were seated right away. Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious!! So thankful for the amazing service especially considering how late we arrived.

Hadn’t been to chili’s in a very long time and wanted to try the triple dipper. We had that and the burger. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Our waitress was really nice. However the host who sat us had this attitude like he’d rather be anywhere but there but he may had just been having a bad day or was just getting over the lunch rush. Over all it was what you’d expect from casual dining. I’d definitely go back.

I recently visited this Chili’s and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Kudos to our server, Benjamin, he truly understands what customer service is all about. He was incredibly friendly, attentive to every need, and on top of every table he was responsible for. Even on a slammed Saturday night, we never once felt overlooked. I was genuinely impressed with his performance,I’d hire him any day!
The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, everything came out hot and perfectly prepared. Great job to the entire team for handling such a busy Saturday night so well. Highly recommend!

I am always fair when writing my reviews but for once take accountability and stop shifting blame on others. The Mexican street corn had some sort of mayo based cream sauce tha cases an allergic reaction.Thank Goodness for my allergy shots . Next the triple dipper looked like someone just threw my burgers in the box no onions per request and also asked for extra my southwestern eggs rolls were open like actually open and I was told I could not get my money back not a refund because the food was delivered through Uber Eats. I uploaded pictures and everything even offered to bring the food back. My question is what kind of service is this ? I hadn’t eaten at Chili’s in years now I see why this is insane and very u professional.

We went for the triple dipper of course. Everything came out quickly and tasted fresh. Wait staff was pleasant and overall it was a great experience even with how busy it was we only had to wait 20 minutes for a table.
I’m only deducting some points for food because the kid’s Mac n cheese is just overpriced dry box Mac and my kid said it was “lowkey kind of cold”
