the indian woman that took my order was as rude as you can imagine, she was arguing, rushing, and even yelling. she wanted to charge me for extra stuff i didnt even order. mind you we were the only ones in the store. her manager didnt say anything and let her yell and disrespect. i never experienced such a complicated worker at subway hope she gets fired.

As i was walking in, employee was sitting at table and went straight behind counter & grabbed gloves. I had to make him wash his hands ! Was denied sandwich order that was made online at neighboring store (which was closed for reconstruction). App didnt notify that it was closed. Both stores owned by same owner. Owner states that he has had this issue before, still refused. Gave me a fake subway customer service number that I searched an led to nothing. No refund option on app. They’re stealing money most likely and know it.

They refused to take our coupon the week we received it in the mail. Said they do not do coupons! I wonder if Subway would approve of that! They will not be getting any more of our business!!!.

BEST Subway ever! I love the food, and the staff is quite polite. I have never been treated rudely or had a bad sandwich. (I’ve gone here plenty of times.) All the staff that are working here are polite and make a neat and good sandwich. The whole restaurant is super duper clean. The bathrooms are quite clean as well, which is convenient for travelers off I-75. The wait is normally quite minimal if you don’t go during the major lunch rush on weekends. They also just added two TV’s which is nice to watch during a bite to eat. 5 out of 5 stars for this Subway!

if i could give this a zero-star review i would. first when the cashier/sandwich maker was making our food, he was mumbling the entire time, and seemed he was either listening to music or talking on the phone because he had an airpod in the ENTIRE TIME, and he kept murmuring to himself. we had to ask him to repeat himself a dozen times before we could even grasp what he was saying. i promise you im not exaggerating. while he was toasting our sandwiches, i looked onto the toppings to see what looked fresh and there was a fly on the tomato’s and the lettuce had freezer burn on it and some how was wilted. i asked him to open the fresh container and he literally said no, and which i understand is a strange request but when i pointed out there was a fly on the tomato’s i wanted , he just picked out the fly and the singular tomato was on. i had seen it crawling around on all of them. He opened the fresh container and put 2 tomato slices on my moms sandwich. it looked like the depression episode from mickey mouse. we asked for him to put some more on and he put one more on. how generous. we paid for our sandwiches and left, and when we bite into them we threw them out. i had one bite and tossed it out too. i can only imagine what happens in that subway when there are no customers.
In short, horrible service, and bad unfresh food. they don’t wear name tags so i couldn’t even give the same of the employee that gave us that delightful experience. do NOT EAT HERE. please i beg of you

We stopped for lunch off the highway on 5/22/25 and ordered three foot long subs at 11:56am. We had to wait in line for about 10 minutes and then we gave the cashier our coupon for three foot longs for $17.99 that expired on 5/31/25. The cashier said he could not honor the coupon because we had ordered subs off the Signature Menu. The coupon clearly states it excludes “wraps, The Beast & Garlic Roast Beef”. We didn’t order any of these subs! The coupon says nothing about the excluding any others subs! I wrote an email to Subway corporate about this experience over a week ago and I have heard nothing back from them. Very disappointing experience, I guess I should have read this locations reviews before stopping!

It was difficult to taste any meat on my sub. They also overcharged me for the 6 inch combo. After getting to my car I added the receipt. They added the discount instead of deducting it. They are crooks.

Very clean restaurant. Service was fast too. I went at night around 9pm so didn’t expect much because sometime other subway don’t have enough veggies and bread choices by that time but they have all veggies and most of all bread choices. We would like to go back again if we are in this area.

The best experience I have ever had at a subway. These two young ladies deserve their own stores. From the time we walked in until the time we walked out we were so impressed with them. The store had about 8 people when we walked in. These two young ladies had us in and out in less than 5 minutes. Their attitude was very welcoming they smiled the entire time they were fixing the sandwiches. Talking about a sandwich artist l….these young ladies hands down are the best yet. I eat at subway all the time but this will be my new spot when traveling south. These young ladies are better than any chick fil a experience. Their names were Daisha and Veronica. I really appreciate these young ladies they went above and beyond.
