Do not eat the Big Arch in your car,

Visited during peak hours at around 8 PM. The dining area was clearly neglected — multiple tables were left uncleaned with rubbish on them, and the bins were overflowing with no staff in sight to attend to it.
To make things worse, our two meals both came with missing items: one was missing a bun, and the other had no fries. When we tried to flag down a staff member, there was no one on the floor — everyone was inside the kitchen area. When we finally got someone’s attention, they dismissed us saying they were too busy to help, seemingly assuming we were just anxious about waiting for food. Our food had already arrived — we just needed the missing items sorted.
In the end, I had to raise my voice just to get someone to acknowledge us. The whole experience was frustrating and felt completely disorganised.
This location used to be much better. Hopefully management can address these issues — staffing the floor properly during busy hours and ensuring orders are complete before they go out would be a great start.

I go here with, what I am now seeing as too much frequency, and often get something wrong, small but passable. Missing Cheese here, condiment there, leading me to set a low bar of expectations. But tonight did it for me when I ordered two items, both messed up. I ordered a sprite, not instructions, and it came to me half warm and no ice. I ordered a triple cheese burger, and it was missing the bottom half of the buns, leading me to full grab the unbunned burger as I’m driving, covering my hand in burger grease and condiments. I can and have let a lot slide because I have come to expect so little from this location, but availability drive me there. I want my money back. I would love to be compensated for all the mistaken ordered so have had and just let go. I’m very irritated.

Whike waiting 30 minutes for our order to be complete I watched 3 different customers trying to get an employees attention for simple request such as a straw and the restroom access code. When I was given my order the fries where dumped upside down in the bag, burgers looked tossed in not even completely wrapped and the ice-cream Sunday was dripping down the outside lid. When I brought this up to an employee after threatening i would wall back there if they continued to ignore me, the manger comes up with the sundae saying what’s wrong with this acting like it is not all over his fingers holding it. On the other hand, the play area was very clean and we enjoyed a family oriented game on the tables with digital games installed in the tables

The place could be a bit cleaner but love that they have a play space which is actually open with fun interactive tables for added entertainment for the kids. Great to see zootopia among the happy meal toys

Check your order. Seriously. We often go to this location after a weekly kids activity and most of the times we do drive through or curbside pickup at this location, there’s a mistake made. It’s literally become a family joke at this point to celebrate when they actually get the order right. They asked me to contact with them for feedback and then gave me a lame corporate response that clearly shows no interest in addressing this.

My most recent curbside order took over 15 minutes to bring out.

Go to Taco Bell next door. They can actually get an order right and in a timely fashion.

The meat on my burger wasn’t fully cooked, it was still pink. I know McDonald’s isn’t fine dining but I at least expected fully cooked food.

Edit: Contacted McDonald’s support at the link given by the owner’s reply. They refuse to help because it was delivered by doordash. Do not eat here, they may serve you undercooked food and they don’t care!

I was served a raw burger through grubhub delivery… kind of unsafe food practices for being a place that was remodeled not even two years ago… i think the crew needs better food training especially since they basically THREW my nuggets into the bag aswell (the whole 10 pc was all over the bag) i suggest the manager check in on his workers ( i received this burger feb 4th 2026 between 5:30-6:30 pm if management would like to check on employees who work this shift)

The new remodeling looks nice! I ordered take out twice since they re-opened. Friendly service, but definitely double-check your order before you leave! Both times they were missing multiple items, and I had to go back in and ask for stuff that was clearly printed on the ticket…

Using my last 5% to tell you this place SLOW. They will prioritize DoorDash and window orders. I’ve been waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes and they gave me a melted shake. I hate it here 🙁
