Despite living two minutes from Mesquite, I hadn’t had a chance to try it until last night. First off, the food was awesome. I had a pork burrito and my wife had a chicken burrito, both were perfect and both were that big burrito size that makes you wish you had saved half for later, but were too good to put down.
My experience was actually the best part. As I said, this was my first time there, so I was unaware of the cash only policy. When I picked up my food I was really embarrassed to only have $10 in my wallet, but the gentleman at the register told me not to worry about it. His primary concern was that if I left and came back, my food would be too cold to eat. So he gave me the food and told me I could come back to pay later. I dropped the food off with my wife and raced back to pay, but I was incredibly impressed with the courtesy they extended to a first time customer.

These people know what they’re doing. I ordered a grilled chicken burrito, and it was well seasoned and prepared, good portions. Solid food – and I will definitely be going back. I also got to meet the owner, who was very friendly. Overall excellent experience.

Had the mahi mahi fish taco and blue cheese grilled skirt steak taco with the loaded nachos. Was wonderfully surprised with how good it was. Also, the staff was very friendly!
There was only one down side. As I write this review in bed 4 hours later, my girlfriend is dying from the blue cheese fart I just laid.
