Love Culvers overall, love the fund raising they do to support the local kiddos. I live an hour and a half away and my granddaughter was doing some volunteering at this store so why not make an easy dinner since we had another school function to attend. Dinner was ordered as take out went to the next function and ready to eat as driving home 1.5 hours later. Hmm my $15 shrimp meal well …I got a drink and fries. Highly disappointed that I had no shrimp. Make sure you double check you bag even if your in a hurry.

The spicy chicken was not very hot and was kinda small and a bit dry. My crispy chicken sandwich was very good however, and the fries were very hot. The service was quick and very pleasant. We ordered dessert from the table and it came very quickly and the gentleman was very cordial.

Walleye sandwich was disappointing. Flavor was good, but the piece of fish was very thin. Also found 4 bones while eating. One became embedded in the roof of my mouth. Stick with the vod if you want fish.
Edit: I watched some online reviews of people eating the walleye sandwich. What I got was way undersized to the nice piece of fish they had. Tired of paying good money for sub par food. Not what I would expect from Culver’s.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and it has always been a positive experience! The food is always very fresh and delicious, the service is amazing, and the overall store is very well kept. I will continue to go to this location whenever I get the chance!

I love Culver’s. When I lived in Houston I would make a day of activities just to get to the one 40 minutes away. The custard is so good and originally that’s all I would get. I have come to love their food on the menu as well. The burgers and fries are good and the kids love it. If you’re new to KC, make sure you take time to check it out.

I typically have a perfect order, no problems. But tonight was just unacceptable. Came through around 8:17 with my boyfriend and sister. The staff sucked and Wrong food completely. Ordered a double mushroom and Swiss and got a double cheeseburger plain….what the heck you’d think a kid ordered. the sodas were rubbish like carbonated water, I even had to go inside before leaving because they forgot one of our drinks. They also handed us an insanely melting ice cream cone, it was so sad looking not even a full scoop…. Like is this for real?I could’ve gotten better quality at McDonald’s for half the price. Step up your staff and step up your game. I love Culver’s and it’s sad that I have to write this please do better .

I previously had an unpleasant experience with the chicken tenders I purchased at Culver’s. They tasted “shrimpy” and since I am allergic to shellfish, I was unable to finish my meal. Not expecting anything but to inform them that this can be dangerous to those with allergies, I emailed the restaurant my concerns. Surprisingly they wrote back (real postal mail), apologized and gave me another meal. They also let me know that I can special order the tenders by asking them.to be cooked in the fry oil. It was so refreshing to not only receive a response but to also feel heard, validated, and respected. I also love how Culver’s is involved in the community and host school nights where elementary schools help serve while raising money for their school. Many restaurants have fizzled and not been able to maintain the magic they had before covid. Culver’s still has the magic and the wonderfully delicious food as they always have had! Thank you!

Came back to give them a second chance. Same Results both times!!!Sourdough Melt with paper thin BURNED BREAD, & grilled onion SKINS ( you know, the outer onion?) Whole sandwich trashed. Tried to send a message to them privately, but survey page kept timing me out.
