I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A, especially at this location. We frequently order catering from here for meetings, and I’m usually the one responsible for picking it up. In the past everything has always gone smoothly and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very different. The usual manager who is normally there wasn’t present, and the interaction I had with the staff member helping me was unexpectedly rude. They weren’t very busy at the time, so it was surprising to receive that kind of attitude.
This location normally provides great service, which is why this experience stood out so much. I’m hoping it was just an off day because Chick-fil-A is usually known for its excellent customer service.

For a chick fil a this was a remarkably good experience. I chose to dine in and was asked by the folks cleaning and tending to the dining area twice if I wanted my drink refilled! Place was spotless. I wasnt looking to be impressed at a chick fil a; but I was. Great staff!

I’ve always had great experiences at Chick-fil-A friendly service, smiles, and a pleasant attitude every time. Unfortunately, my visit to the Chick-fil-A in Grand Prairie off of Pioneer was the complete opposite. Valeria took my order, and her attitude was extremely unwelcoming and unpleasant. It was disappointing and honestly shocking, as this is the first time in my 28 years that I’ve ever experienced poor customer service at a Chick-fil-A.
Customer service is a huge part of the Chick-fil-A brand, and this interaction did not reflect those standards at all. I never leave reviews, but this experience stood out enough that I felt it needed to be addressed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure future guests receive the level of service Chick-fil-A is known for.

CFA is still the goat of chicken & service, but idk if this is a company wide change or if it was a fluke– the 30 count chicken nuggets were undercooked. A bit chewy. I’ve had another friend complain of the same dynamic. Maybe make sure you order em well done?

You, know I’ve noticed the food here is steady declining! I left the gym, hungry, I see Free!!!! SANDWICHES IN MY ALERT AT CHIC FIL A!!! Went to this location in Grand Prairie on Carrier, NOW! I UNDERSTAND WHY? I THINK THIS WAS LAST WEEK SANDWICHES WERE FREE,… THAT BISCUIT COULD KNOCK SOMEONE UNCONSCIOUS!!!! THAT CHICKEN WAS SO RUBBERY YOU COULD USE IS FOR YOUR SHOES AND IT WILL HOLD!!! SO!!!! DON’T GIVE US NO OLD FOOD CHIC FIL A… YALL CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG FOR CHICKEN AND FRIES!!!! I WILL NEVER AND I DO MEAN NEVER FALL FOR THIS TRICK AGAIN!!!! Chick-fil-A on Pioneer in Grand Prairie has great food, but the drive-thru isn’t always the best option. Both lanes mix people ordering on the app and at the window, which can slow things down. Even if your app order is ready, people in front often take a long time, especially if they decide to pay with cash. It can make pickup frustrating, but the food is still worth it if you’re patient.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A today. I mistakenly entered through an exit-only lane and did not see the sign. Instead of calmly directing me, the manager aggressively pulled his car in front of mine, got out of his vehicle, and approached my window in a rude and confrontational manner.
I was simply trying to purchase chicken noodle soup for my sick baby and did not deserve to be treated that way. A simple, respectful explanation would have sufficed. This behavior was unprofessional and unnecessary, especially coming from management. I expect better from Chick-fil-A.
FYI: THIS HAPPENED ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!!

This is a new Chick Fil A for me and it was just as relaxing of a lunch as any other. I tried something new, a Southwest Veggie Wrap and even without chicken it was yum!!

Thank you, Kristi for the phenomenal customer service! I had a catering order for an office lunch, it was ready when I arrived and the staff loved it. The restaurant was very clean and everyone was extremely kind. I’ll definitely order catering from them again.
