Order is completely cold. Map updates show driver just sat in dominoes parking lot for 13 minutes after the delivery started before leaving. Then when they dropped it off they didn’t ring the doorbell or knock OR MARK THE DELIVERY AS DELIVERED like they were supposed to. It still is marked as undelivered right now with the cold pizza in my hand. There are people literally 5 feet from the inside of the front door and we didn’t hear anything. Unacceptable. Why order pizza if it’s delivered this cold and not fresh.
Dominoes Customer support was no help either after 15 minutes of their useless Ai chatbot designed to ask infinite questions that lead nowhere.
Dominoes has really gone downhill.

Griffin was super nice and helpful and went above and beyond to make our pizza experience great! First off we ordered over the phone and swear we were talking to robot, so having her serve us in store was a treat. When we entered the store we noticed the elabrate hallowwen docor, and when we made mention of it she had said she did ALL the decorating herself!! Go Griffin, it looks spooktacuylar in there. The pizza was great 10/10 “perfectly cooked, even good cold”. pretty sure she was the only one working but did an amazing job. big ups to Griffin, hope she’s working next time we order.

One of the things we order is the cheese tots WITHOUT Alfredo sauce. More than half the time, they deliver them WITH Alfredo sauce. They won’t recook and deliver them and they end up just getting thrown in the trash. They offer a credit on our next order, but that doesn’t help at the time we’re eating. This is a continuing issue with this store. We’re giving up now.

So we braved the steady rain today and took our daughter trick or treating. After getting back later than expected our adult son wanted to treat us all to pizza. The Dominos team at the 5680 Commercial St location had our dinner quickly delivered and cooked to perfection. Friendly and professional Giovanni (?) presented our highly anticipated pies at our front door with a cloud of steam surrounding him almost like a magician performing a magic trick! The order was perfect and they were beautiful pies! Even the dairy free pie was photo worthy! They all tasted better than they looked! Always slow to deliver pizza. When ordering from the Domino’s website, the estimated time states 30-45 min and pizza instead takes over an hour to be delivered. This is the third time in a row this has happened with nothing to apologize for the constant slow service. I will instead take my business elsewhere.

I just want to give a shout out the the gentleman in charge of customer support tonight. My order was great except for the food that was meant for just me. I won’t go into detail about the issue I had, but after working all day and this being the first thing I get to eat today, I was a bit of a blubbering mess dreading having to force myself to eat it lol. I forget his name because again.. blubbering exhausted mess..but he was awesome. He fixed it for me right away and threw in a dessert because he felt so bad I was crying over food (which is absolutely silly and overly sensitive I know) he was kind and communicative, he sympathized with my predicament and he just did a great job. You deserve a raise sir. Top notch customer service.

I have been ordering from this Dominos for some time now. And just today I got just a pan pizza and some Parmesan bites. Great like always. But this time I was outside and met the delivery driver Dustin. Had a few words with him and I can say that guy is an awesome worker. He is funny and makes you feel like he cares about his customers. He deserves a high five. I wish I left a bigger tip now. High five to him!
