We went to celebrate my son’s birthday. Our server, Dave was professional, friendly and helped us celebrate the evening with some desserts even though we were all full from our delicious apps and dinner. Our cocktails were also done well and the pour was more than adequate, which can often be disappointing at other select steak houses. Would highly recommend!

Wow what a great experience for the first time ever ! I met David the manager so nice ! James a server a really nice guy! At the bar leann and sina are so amazing bartenders. Wow the whipped cream is freshly made ! Definitely will be back so happy I went with a co worker.

Went out to capital grill for just a night out and the night was great. They great you soon as you walk and and have you seated down at a table. I got the Noble Paloma and it was good but strong so I didn’t mind it left there feeling good. The bread and idk if that was cheese or butter they give you but it was so good. I had to ask for more lol. I got the scallops and the lobster and asparagus it was good. The rice was mushy and didn’t really have flavor but the scallops and lobsters where chefs kiss! The filet mignon was good cooked to perfect and tender. The mash was also good can use some salt and pepper. The cheesecake I got for dessert was so good i just was it had more firm to it it was like a creamy texture. Overall great experience. I will be coming back ! And they also have Valet parking outside.

My wife and I stopped in on a whim for her birthday after going to the KOP mall.
We were greeted very quickly and professionally. When we explained that we didn’t have reservations, the two young ladies that greeted us explained that would not be a problem. I explained that it was my wife’s birthday.
After a very brief wait, we were escorted to our table which had rose petals, small “Happy Birthday” signs and a Birthday card signed by the staff!
Our waiter, Ramon quickly came over and explained the menu items.
The restaurant appeared very clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere.
Ramon was an excellent waiter! He was busy, but was extremely attentive to us.
We started out with the lobster and crab crab cake. It was delicious and was real crab and lobster, and well prepared.
My wife had the filet and I had the Ribeye. We shared grilled Asparagus.
Both the filet and Ribeye were cooked perfectly. They were both excellent cuts of meat, and were juicy and flavorful.
The Asparagus was also cooked perfectly and was not “stringy” and chewy.
When we were finished, Ramon asked if he can take our photo, which we agreed! He came back with a photo card of us and complimentary dessert. It was a chocolate cake and cheesecake with graham cracker crust. They were both delicious as well!
The staff were all very professional and dressed alike with clean, professional uniforms.
They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. When we were all done, Ramon shook our hands, thanked us for coming in and hoped to see us again soon. A true gentleman!
We will definitely be back!

Food and service is outstanding though a touch salty and that’s coming from someone who’s loves salt. I feel it distracted from overall flavor of the excellent quality beef, some of the sauces and vegetables. However, on the butter, it enhanced the bread service, which is phenomenal.
The drinks are generous, well made and priced reasonably. The staff is knowledgeable and wants to make your experience superb. Interact and let them do what they’re great at which really is what separates them above the rest.

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at The Capital Grille, and Omar made our evening unforgettable. From the moment he introduced himself, his charisma and personality lit up the table. He wasn’t just a waiter, he was part of the experience.
Omar was attentive without hovering, professional yet warm, and genuinely funny in a way that felt natural and effortless. He anticipated our needs before we even asked, made thoughtful recommendations and kept the energy of the table upbeat all night. His timing was impeccable, his knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his confidence made us feel completely taken care of.

We had a really good time here. We came here for someone’s Birthday and it was very nice. They took time to make a Card and decorate the table for the Birthday Girl. They went the extra mile to make it a little more special than other places.
The food started with this very amazing bread. The salads came out and were really good to. Almost everyone at the table had ordered the same thing. They all had the filet mignon. They all said it was incredible. I had the NY strip. It was good but for the price and what I got I wasn’t overly impressed.
You have to order sides for the whole table. Again they were good but for what you get I wasn’t impressed. We had the mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts, and french fries.
By far the highlight of the dinner was the desert that had brought out for the birthday girl. It was really good. We all gave it a taste after being pretty full from dinner.
The server was great and was on top of everything. He made the trip a little more special.
I would recommend this to anyone in the area that wants to have a special night and make a great impression.

The service was exceptional. We had a reservation, and while waiting in the lobby, a staff member brought chairs for us to sit. Our server was very attentive, she explained everything clearly, offered to take photos for us, and even printed them out for us. The food was excellent.

I used to love going to The Capital Grille, but this last visit was disappointing. I hadn’t been there for a while, and the quality just wasn’t what I remembered. The risotto, especially, was a letdown it was extremely dry, almost like plain white rice with no flavor at all. It didn’t taste like risotto and definitely wasn’t up to their usual standards.
Hopefully this was just an off day for the kitchen and not a reflection of how things normally are, because I’ve always enjoyed this place in the past. I’m hoping my next visit will be better.

We go to this place once a year for our Senior Management Christmas party. The place is always packed, because the food is great. I have never eaten something here that I didn’t absolutely love. My only complaint about this place is because it is so packed. The noise is deafening. If you’re looking for a relaxed, quiet, intimate place, this is not it. However, if you were looking for a festive atmosphere with great service and great food, do not hesitate.
