A friend highly recommended this burger brand. I went there once when the Shenzhen MixC World branch first opened. The American version is indeed tastier, but the price-performance ratio is still just average.

The Big Shack: The signature item. I don’t know if it’s just my imagination, but it seemed to be a bit bigger than the ones in China. The beef patty was freshly fried, but compared to Tasty and Five Guys, it seemed to be leaner. Plus, there was a bun in the middle, so while it had the grilled smoky aroma, it was less juicy. The core, most soul-stirring aroma of fat in the burger patty was still missing. In fact, it lacked that simple satisfaction of eating big bites of meat with your mouth full-of-juice goodness. It felt kind of similar to McDonald’s, which was the biggest reason why I’ve always felt that Shake Shack isn’t worth the price. But it’s healthier this way, and everyone can choose what they want.

French Fries: Wavy thick-cut fries, at a moderate temperature, fresh and hot. Yellow mustard was a bit salty.

Shack-made Lemonade: Very tangy, please order with caution.

I wish I had something good to say. Ordered at the kiosk at 7pm and got a confirmation text. At 7:10 I got a message that the food was ready. At around 8pm, no food yet, I asked for a third time if they could check on my order and they said they lost it and that I could either order again or get a refund. They consistently churned out DoorDash and online orders but multiple people dining in were waiting for at least an hour along with me. The people I came with got their food within 15 minutes.

This was my first time trying Shake Shack, and it turned out to be a great experience. We were visiting Boston for a few days and decided to take the subway out to Harvard. This location made for a convenient and enjoyable lunch stop.

The restaurant was fairly clean and offered both indoor and outdoor seating options, which was a nice touch. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere upstairs — it was a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy our meal away from the busier areas. Another highlight was the option to order through a tablet, making the whole process quick and easy.

Overall, this Shake Shack location provided a pleasant dining experience, and I’d definitely consider coming back the next time I’m in the area.

My first normal taste of America was here! I was beyond my mouth’s nerves when I had that cheeseburger! And also, the mango lemonade was amazing, but the burger… still dreaming about it, honestly. This place is a must if you’re visiting US.

Shake Shack is a large chain of restaurants focusing on quick service burgers and fries, alongside a wide variety of shakes as their name represents.

The staff moves quick and is able to make the burgers efficiently, and there is a mobile pickup window on street level to get orders quickly.

We got the shack burgers, spicy fries, and bacon cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was good, not that greasy, though on the smaller side for the price. The spicy fries were good, though the coating wasn’t on every fry and dusted on after, so some fries were loaded with spice while others didn’t have much. Very consistent with other locations and tasted good.

First time trying Shake Shack. This was a great location. We were vising Boston for a few days and took the subway to Harvard. This spot made for a convenient lunch.

The restaurant was fairly clean and had both indoor and outdoor seating. The upstairs seating was nice and quiet. I also liked the option to order via tablet.

The burgers and fries were very good, as was the milkshake. I would definitely eat here again. The only negative was they didn’t have a soda machine for refills.

Great food – I think we visited here about 4 times on our first trip to the USA. Staff are friendly and hardworking. Food is served quickly and with great care. The upstairs area has good seating and window views. Ordered for delivery one night and the food was just as tasty as it was sitting in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

It’s the worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The servers are rude. It takes over an hour to get my order ready. I only ordered a burger and fries. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
