Ugh waste of money , instead of chiabatta bread they give regular Italian bread that’s always stale. Soda machine doesn’t work. Food tastes like it has no flavor. Not a great location. My sandwich just had the thickest cheese in it idk why

If I could put no stars I would. I literally never make reviews but this place needs to close its doors for good. Boston Market was one of my favorite fast food restaurants my entire childhood and adult life. I ordered it from DoorDash a few months back and the food was completely inedible and thought it was a one off. Ordered it a few weeks later and same thing. Food came in styrofoam packaging, no branding on any of the packaging – so I was convinced it was one of those scam door dash restaurants that fake being one place but it’s not the actual restaurant. Was really craving it tonight so we ordered it for pick up – hoping the other times we ordered it we were scammed. I ordered it on the Boston market website and paid for the food through that. My husband went to pick it up and I was clearly dumb for trusting them with telling him I had already paid – because ya know every trustworthy establishment would do that. He even said in hindsight when he pulled his card out the woman looked down and left the room, came back and charged him. So now I have a double charge on my account. I might’ve been able to forgive that if the food was edible. When I tell you this food was absolutely disgusting I can’t stress it enough. I’m so sad that one of my favorite places I will unfortunately never eat there again and never get the quality we used to. Looked at other locations and it seems it’s the same there. These people straight robbed us – and they’ll have to live with that.

As always, the food was great and reasonably priced, the staff is friendly and efficient. We get takeout and have a picnic at Shepherds Lake.

The employees were great! But the food was terrible. Nuggets were dry, mashed potatoes were cold. TWO ants crawled across my table- after the second one, I felt uncomfortable, and left. Restaurant looks run down and in need of a renovation. Very disappointed in what has become of this company overall. It used to be among my favorites, now, I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back.

The food at this place was disappointing. I went to one in Connecticut and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! This location was terrible. My meatloaf was dry and tasteless. My mac & cheese was watery. And the cherry pie tasted as if it was frozen for two days and was spoiling on the counter by the way it smelled. I literally couldn’t finish the pie and I love pie. My partner even said that her mashed potatoes tasted like fish. Like, I don’t know how that if even possible. Not to mention it was completely EMPTY in here while being in a prime location during the lunch rush. I won’t be coming back

Pretty disappointing. Most of the BMs have closed in the greater NY/CT area. Found one that was still open and I was ECSTATIC!

I’d ordered 1/2 chicken, cream spinach and sweet potato individual meal… the same thing I’ve been ordering for 30+ years. To my dismay, it was NOT the Boston Market I knew. It tasted VERY different. It was ok tasting (not awful), but it was certainly not the BM I knew. Even other members of my household agreed with me. Could this be a bootleg knock off? Did they break free of the franchise and stay open independently? You decide. Or don’t!

I just waisted 26.00 both my husband and I threw our food out. Disgusting. My chicken pot pie was not cooked. I put it in my oven and waited only to taste something gross. Zero flavor and extremely watery but somehow leaves an old taste of water in your mouth. My husbands meatloaf was like dog food and the sweet potatoes were like purée. I am hoping I can get my money back but I doubt it. Our dinner tonight was the cornbread. Do not go here. The food is horrible.

Boston Market has been one of the favorite fast food chains out there that i have frequented for years. Generally they are not bad in Bergen County New Jersey. At least they had not been, from what i had thought until stopped by this location in Waldwick. I realized it was later at night, shortly before the closing. I asked for turkey which is in my opinion the greatest tasting in BM around, and the first person told me that they were out of it. Then another one came out while we were still speaking, and assured me they could make it happen. Being hungry i did not argue for long. What transpired I was fed with microwave-heated some suspiciously looking slices of (what looked like) deli turkey that was cut quite a while ago (days?) . The side that came with it were not much better. That was not a positive experience at all 🙁

I hadn’t been at Boston market for a while. I wanted to check out the new rotisserie nuggets which basically is the white meat chopped in little squares. When I went in I was told to wait to a minute and they were taking care of a much larger order catering order so I was left to wait. Someone walked in and they were taken care of right away by another person. Wasn’t happy about that. All in all I found Boston market chicken to be a bit salty. Potatoes were excellent atmosphere was bare but clean.

Where to start…the building is old and not maintained by the ceiling tiles tiles falling down, the sheetrock walls that are bare and repairs made years ago. The food was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING…the corn was ready to pop as Orville would have been proud at how dry and dehydrated it was, the rice was apparently cooked, every side item was completely dried out and and looked old AF. Corn bread was not even good, old, dry, and in fact I thought they put the dish sponge in a bag. The manager was obnoxious when I asked if there are refills…he said sure I can give you 1 refill…really? How about you repair the AC as it was 93 degrees inside according to the wall thermostat. The 1/4 chicken was more like 1/8 and also dry AF. Clearly this location is completely disgusting don’t bother going here. I was at the one in emerson months back and it was impeccable…such a shame these owners don’t care .
