This is one of my all time favorite spots for a hearty fresh satisfying salad
FOOD> I was having craving something delicious, healthy, AND filling so I went for the
Southwest Chicken & Avocado Salad which features mixed greens, grilled chicken, roasted corn & black bean relish, red onion (I get it without onions ), tomatoes, cheddar-jack cheese, FRESH avocado, and blue corn tortilla strips, typically served with their zesty Chili Lime Vinaigrette (the dressing is zesty and sweet and bright) for a protein-packed, flavorful meal. It’s a popular, hearty salad known for its fresh ingredients, but nutrition varies by portion size, with a full entree around 630 calories.
SERVICE> The gentleman who took our order was super friendly and since this was our first time at this location it was fun getting to know someone new. I complimented him on this location.
GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND!
Everyone was so friendly and working hard to give me better than expected service…in fact unlike other locations when we requested ketchup for the Grilled Chicken Spud THIS was the friendly result!
There is a huge variety of delicious offerings from spuds to sandwiches and cookies also. The drinks are delicious and the tea is sweet perfection!
LOCATION> This is a central Augusta Road location easy to get to from my downtown office via Church Street or if you were coming from 85 you could take the Augusta Road exit. If you happen to be doing business at a hospital downtown THIS would DEFINITELY be worth the few minute drive over many other choices IMHO!!!!
ATMOSPHERE> This is a spacious beautifully decorated restaurant with lovely photos of Greenville to shine a spotlight on our little town’s beauty and splendor.
VALUE> Since this made two meals EXCELLENT value!
THIS personal interaction and care is what I greatly appreciate for in a dining experience even when I choose something quick – it is HOT, FRESH, VERY GENEROUS PORTIONS (with something for every person’s eating preference) AND SOOOO DELICIOUS.

Food good and fresh. Salads, maybe not always fresh, but most stuff is usually good and fresh. Staff is great. Place is clean and good atmosphere. In and out seating. I’ve gotten 2 salads with questionable salad mix in them. But try it, usually good, i swear. Id love it if they improved chips choices, not kettle chips, just carry regular or BBQ. All But 2 types are kettle chips. and soups. There used to be a great potato soup, now its hit or miss. 3 misses in a row for us. We love yall, but its getting dicey.

Frequently order to-go on Saturdays to take to my parents on the other side of town. Today’s order was very good with one big exception. The red beans and rice were missing the rice. Pretty significant oversight especially since they weren’t busy at all at 11:15 am.

I ordered the Jalapeño turkey crunch and this is what I received. The pickle looked half fried up, this sandwich tasted as if there fixed it for someone else the day before. They never came and they served it the next day. I love McAlisters but never tasted a sandwich like this from there ever, extremely disappointing. This was not a fresh sandwich at all and you could taste it.

They messed up my order twice.. added something I’m allergic to. Then when I said I just want a refund instead of sending it back for a third time she told me, as a manager, they can’t refund me but request one from corporate.. even though that sounds funny I said ok. Just issue me a receipt showing I returned it and should be expecting a refund she said she can’t. I stood there for 10 mins before another “manager” came from the back saying since you paid with AMEX we can’t give you cash. I said oh I never asked for cash he proceeded to say I never said you did. Then told the First Lady to process my refund. Only for to come back and say she emailed corporate about the incident and needs approval to issue the refund. (AGAIN) after this back and forth for the 12 mins due to their mistake I left with no food or proof that a refund is due to me .. terrible

This location is ok and food quality is ok, but I have had better. Tip: Please stop stuffing take out orders into small bags. This is supposed to be a croissant not a panini. Sandwiches are basically crushed and flattened and not appetizing. I will continue to visit the Greenville location instead.

Have a grilled sandwich has no taste whatsoever half croissant that I think it’s been sitting for over two days let us tomato and peeled chicken Lord have mercy. Who is the chef who came up with this recipe chili soup I think it’s already made about from food suppliers, but the presentation was five stars. It comes with the pickles in the middle of my plate to pay for that $15 food is arts. Food is creativity. Food is presentation. None of that is my first time and my last time.

Only a 1 because I have to leave something. I work near by and daily we have been trying to come try a few items and one being a spud. Every day they say they don’t have them after waiting in long lines because there is no signage anywhere. Nice clean place and stays busy so I know it’s good but to not a spuds everyday for a week is a little ridiculous and a sign to maybe prep more.

We received okay sandwiches as usual, however the issue came when my husband started eating his cheesecake slice and noticing white mold growing on it – explaining the off taste he mentioned. Unfortunately our children also had a few bites. I absolutely try not to place bad ratings whatsoever, but mold can make customers sick. I just ask that the location checks their storage of their food before serving to customers in the future.
