First of all, the location is poor. You are required to drive up a horrid incline, which caused my bumper to be scrapped against the road when attempting to leave.

As bluntly as can be– The pizzas are thin crusted and all have a “sweet” flavor to them, if you request any specialty pizzas, be sure to ask for extra sauce as they leave you with a dry pizza with tons of flavor from their other toppings.

The breadsticks are overpriced; $5 for a large order of (Literally 4) breadsticks, that were completely dry, walmart has options that provide more flavor and more breadsticks for cheaper.

Lastly, their canoli’s arent bad, in fact they’re really cream-cheese tasting and can be enjoyable once you get past the $3.50 price tag for a 4 inch canoli

In addition, the pizza is relatively priced well, the employees are polite and quick with your order, but I would still put Parkway Pizza and Spanky’s above this place, and I now have to buff out some scratches off my regular non-lowered Toyota sedan due to the poor conditions of the Di Maggio’s parking lot exit.

The best pizza I’ve ever had. Ive turned so many of my friends on to Dimaggios and each of them agree, it doesn’t get better than this pizza. Would rate it 6/5 Stars if I could.

Service is excellent. Place was busy on a Friday evening.
I got the super deluxe 18in.
Pizza is sort of a thin crust, almost an in-between.
Loaded up with toppings, they don’t put them under the cheese, thankfully.

The sauce is a bit sweet, but works okay with savory toppings. The novelty of the sweet sauce might be the reason for tolerating it.

Also tried the cannolis, fantastic!

Ordered a chef salad for pickup, was told it would be 15 minutes, show up 18 minuetes later and still had to wait…no big deal,, but the salad was basically all white lettuce and missing the olives. So I call back and tell them what is wrong with the order and the response was “I’m sorry, I’m not sure what happened.”
They don’t offer to fix the issue so I ask “well can I maybe get a discount on the next salad?”
I hear the young lady asked the manager if I could get a discount on the next order and he says “I can’t promise that”. Smh. Customer service from that manager is a zero for me. Food and customer service from this place has gone downhill alot recently.

We have only lived here for a year and DiMaggio’s quickly became a favorite. The food is always really good and it’s one place that everyone in the family enjoys, which is pretty rare. We each have a favorite on the menu that’s our go-to for a quick order online. The service is usually top tier and for a restaurant that looks like it is staffed mostly by highschool kids, a few people over 21 and someone who appears to be the manager whenever I pick up or with someone else getting an order, they run like a fine tuned machine and are ALWAYS extremely polite, professional, and look pretty happy to be there. That’s why I’m happy to not only tip with my online order, but I ALWAYS make it a point to show my gratitude with an extra 50%+ of my bill in the tip jar when no one is looking to let them know they’re appreciated because I’ve worked as a server and bartender a million years ago- so I get it! The staff goes out if their way to look me in the eyes, smile, and put an honest effort into making sure that I feel acknowledged, welcomed, respected and walk out feeling like I’m the most important person that’s ever walked through their door! They’ve even opened the door and helped me load my car because my hands were full and it was icy! That’s awesome! That’s why I was so surprised on my last order this evening. We’ve been EXTREMELY busy this time of year and time had gotten away from me, but I do have to feed my family. As much as I hated doing it, I placed an online order 30 minutes before they closed. I hate being “that guy” and the last one in, or as places are starting their close out for the night. That’s why I came ready to compensate each employee and let them know I was sorry for being that guy tonight. Now, I arrived before they closed and the young man who greeted me said it was only a couple more minutes on the pizza, everything else was ready and waiting and he went to go get it finished. I looked around and they were actively doing shut down and had a lot of what I could see cleaned and chairs up on the tables. They wanted to be ready to leave once the locks turned. I totally didn’t blame them. It’s Friday night and I’m sure everybody has lives and wanted to enjoy them! I felt so bad- but it was still technically before they closed. I apologized to the young lady who came to do something at the register and she smiled politely. I was going to wait until someone else was close to ask to get a 20 oz soda so I could break a $100 and drop the rest in the tip jar when they weren’t looking just for the extra “sorry and thanks!” Before I could ask for the soda, there was this female employee who very loudly stated how she felt about how ridiculous it was for people who “make orders this late, knowing what time we close”, mumbled something else and when someone said something to her, she said she didn’t care. Then very clearly said how she shouldn’t have to put up with it, “especially for what I make here”, then went off to the side doing something. I so much wanted her to meet my eye, she knew I heard her. I had a TERRIBLE day and with how uncomfortable and furious that made me- I’m not a Karen, but I really wanted to ask for the manager on shift and make sure she’d tell them what I (and everyone working) had heard her say. I couldn’t see her name and didn’t ask. She had glasses and long brownish, kind of curly hair. There were 2 other females that I saw working. A tall, slender young girl with blonde curly hair tied back, and a young girl with light blonde hair, both of who were sweet despite how their coworker felt. I’d have told her, “I understand your aggravation at having to shut off the light at the end of your Friday night tunnel, but here’s the facts. Your business is open until 9pm, your job is to serve customers until then, or later if told to. If your boss thought otherwise, they would have an order cutoff time, which they would post to customers. Sorry to make you do your job, but if you have issues with that and your pay-tell your boss or get a different job

Food is always hot, fresh and delicious! Even on a busy night they try their best to provide fast and amazing service. The pasta is creamy, salads are crunchy and crisp packed with great quality ingredients, pizza hot and fresh with a fantastic sweet sauce that is like none other paired with their homemade made dough and fresh toppings, breadsticks-with cheese dip or their sweet pizza sauce both my favorite, and sandwiches always filled with flavor! Always will recommend!

Stopped in for a large meat pizza for the crew. O. M. G. The crew absolutely raved about this pizza!! It is a great Italian pizza, cooked perfectly! The thin crust was delicious and crispy.

We even got to try the Cannolis. Now, that was a treat that I did not expect. I will definitely be ordering those again!

Thank you for a great experience!!
