Ordered $94 worth of food. Couldn’t even get past the menu/speaker because it was taking forever to take others orders. Got to the speaker and guy come bringing our food out and holding the four drinks in tray and the large bag of food in one had spilling soda into the bag on top of our food and other items. Then they forgot our milkshake. Finally brought it out but we’re stuck in line still at the speaker with $94 worth of food getting cold because I can’t get thru the line. Used to be a good one to go to but I wouldn’t recommend it anymore. I’d give it less than one star if I could. All in all sat in the drive thru line for close to 30 minutes then get home and have cold food. Thanks!!!!!!

This Chick-fil-A is amazing. When we walked in, we were greeted. The floors were spotless, the manager was at the counter taking our order, as well as training someone. I encouraged the training and the manager said that he should already be management. Overall, this is a great place to eat and take your family. Very clean, and that is a pet peeve of mine. I generally do not give a good review if any place is not clean. Good job guys.

Called in about 30 minutes before we arrived with a track and field team of 60 people. They handled it like PROS! They were so efficient and eager to help us which made the experience so much better. 10/10!!! Food was hot and ready within 2-3 minutes of each person ordering. The staff were kind and quick! Please go here for your next meal!

I usually don’t review fast food places, but the service here was stellar. The manager was walking around greeting customers, helping staff with orders and cleaning. The main stuff was also super kind. The food was fresh and came out quickly. Also the restaurants were super clean.

I’m usually very pleased with Chik fil a no matter what state I’m in. I’ve always valued the consistency of customer service at all the locations until today. Gentleman that took my order, didn’t pay attention to what I said, so I paid more than what I should have, then he had to refund me and had an attitude. Which we could have saved all that if he would have listened to me in the first place.
I asked for no pickles on my #1 and to my surprise it taste like they just removed the pickles off the sandwich that had already been made because i could still taste the pickle juice. Fries were not fresh. No need to complain in the store because employees running around on their phones, talking to their friends inside and outside in the parking lot. Before i leave, I go to grab a refill and there are 5 employees standing having a full blown conversation including the manager “Annah!” Nobody offers to get me a refill. Crazy work. It took the trainer “Todd” walking from drive thru to ask me if I needed a refill. Kudos to him. I’m sure this location is a really fun place to work as no one here seems to take it serious. Hopefully it will get better with time

It’s chick fil a so everything that can be said has been said, but I’ll say the new fry recipe is bad. The service here is great just like all CFA and I got my food quick. I got a couple of Chick Fil a sauce and it’s still the best.

I ordered a meal with a side of Kale Salad drove home they forgot to put my salad in my bag, I called back up there they said they would comp my salad when I returned. I returned a couple days later and stated I would like to order a lemonade with my kale salad however I did express that the lemonade should be comp as well due to me having to return the Manager Chloe refused to comp me and said it with an attitude.

I had to turn around because they forgot our dressings. The same guy who took my order through the drive thru was now inside. I explained to him that we didn’t get the dressing & he said he’d grab it for me in just a moment. He then passed me 4 times taking food to the tables before getting it.
When I got back to the car my son said they forgot forks. Sent him in to get it & we left. Then found out they didn’t give us enough sauce for all the meals.
Definitely do not recommend this location.

I went to this Chick-fil-A a lot. They did a pretty decent job most of the time. They just screwed up my order when I was having a rough day this last week. Don’t go to this Chick-fil-A on a Saturday. The drive through staff will rush you even if the line isn’t bad, they will give you the wrong sides, and the kitchen staff can only count to 9 when you order a 12 count. If you are cool with getting 75% of your food though regardless of what your reciept says, this is the place for you. I called the store and the manager put me on hold and then “accidentally” hung up on me. He was reasonably nice the second time I called but I was hoping for a BOG coupon or something and haven’t heard anything in a couple days.
