Get the beef rib pho noodle soup!
Broth was hearty and flavorful, the meat tender, succulent and filled with beefy goodness
All 11 of us gave continuous nods of approval as we slurped the broth and bit into the giant chunk of beef
The spring rolls noodle salad were ok and the Nước Chấm dipping sauce was on the watery side and too light in flavor.
Also we noticed that there were only a few sprigs of mint leaves, amassed a mix salad green; lacking the general vietnamese herbs you’d expect like basil and rau ram etc.
This place is best fir their pho noodle soup.

This is our second visit and we loved it! It is a Northern style Pho which meant to be lighter and less of a beef broth flavour. Nonetheless, they delivered on flavour and service.
We had the rib and small bowl of pho. I love the ‘help yourself’ containers of chilli and pickled garlic. When we arrived, the place was buzzing but the staff were all kind and attentive. Keep doing what you’re doing guys!

Good quality! The addon fat brisket (extra $7) had no meat and was just a small amount of thin fat pieces, I was a bit disappointed for the price. Probably wouldn’t get it again but I can see how others might enjoy it. Great selection of condiments with fresh chilli and garlic. I’d say the cost was a little expensive for the serving size (I got small size so $17.50+$7 for extra fat pieces) and I’d describe the broth flavour and meat texture/softness as average but it was still an enjoyable meal.

First time eating here and I had high hopes because I always feel satisfied eating at Vietnamese restaurants. I ordered the Hanoi spring roll vermicelli dish and was quite disappointed. The noodles were overcooked (when served to me, I noticed the noodles were sticking to each other, and there was a fair amount of short pieces), the spring roll was a good size but very difficult to pick up with chopsticks (would have preferred if it was sliced into smaller pieces). Also ordered a coconut drink but it was too ripe/mature, was difficult to eat the ‘meat’ (forgot to photo as I opted for a different drink afterwards, can kind of see it on the top left section of the photo though… ).

Pho Nguyen would be one of the establishment which provides different styles of Pho & assortments of other Vietnamese cuisine.
Unfortunately for me, my dining experience didn’t turn out as I expected to be as it was underwhelming compared to the other restaurants w/ similar style.
There is nothing bad in particular but I feel something is lacking w/ the overall flavour provided. Maybe it simply doesn’t suit my palate.
All in all though love the lore of the place on the mural, plenty of space & pricing was reasonable.

I came here absolutely starving right after work, and pho was the only thing I was craving — and wow, it hit the spot perfectly. The broth is delicious and packed with flavour, the portions are generous, and it has everything you want from a proper pho place.
The restaurant is well lit with a clean, welcoming ambience. I arrived after the lunch rush, so the service was quick and attentive. Such a comforting and satisfying meal — exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

Very nice atmosphere. The heaping lot of corriander in my bowl of beef ribs pho was the most I’ve ever been served. Lucky I love corriander. I really enjoyed the broth, service and atmosphere. Will definitely return to try other dishes.

Wow this was so yummy! It is hard to find good vegetarian pho but this place has nailed it. Broth was full of flavour and there was just the right amount of veggies.
My friend wasn’t too keen on her choice, she found the broth and meat prepared just right but she didn’t like the combination of two as it felt like “too much is going on”
I’ll definitely be back, and I loved that you could read the backstory of the restaurant on the walls alongside cute animations.

This Vietnamese Restaurant is very good for its Pho. I ordeed the rare beef and tripe. The beef was excellent, tender, and a very generous helping. The tripe and noodles were excellent. Garnishing consisted mainly of fresh coriander but no bean sprouts. Now, to the all important soup, it was flavoursome,but masked a little heavily by msg and sugar, nevertheless I would give it a score of 7.5 out of 10. Overall this place for Pho would rank in my top 3 choices in Perth. I definitely will be back. Its a keeper.

we tried pretty much one of each of their menu items, and the highlight of each dish was definitely the meat. it was really tender and good quality, pretty much melted in your mouth.
while the flavours were not strong, were subtly aromatic and well seasoned. the bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the rice was crispy with that smoky charred aroma.
if i were to be nitpicky, the service was not the friendliest but far from terrible 🙂
