I was hyped up about the pancakes at IHOP so of course I was brought along to try them. There’s a collection of breakfast foods including pancakes and they also have burgers and burritos on the menu.
Service was awesome and the restaurant was very clean. Social distancing is clearly enforced which is great to see. We were required to wait 20 minutes before a table opened up which I guess is to be expected at any breakfast place on a Saturday.
I ordered the breakfast sampler to have a cheeky taste of everything. The eggs, sausage, ham and hash brown were all delicious. Being an aussie, I’m not a fan of the crispy bacon but my partner liked it. I was a bit disappointed about the pancakes I had after being so hyped up earlier from my partner. The pancakes were dry and even after dousing them in syrup the taste wasn’t much better.
If I do find myself back at an IHOP I’ll likely order everything but the pancakes.

Ok so as I went to pick up some eggs I see a short BLACK Hair underneath them and obviously was a bit caught off guard and a bit more grossed out~ so I stop eating and the managers attention as he walks past our table.. well his response was , “that doesn’t belong to anyone here!” (Mind you I’m looking up at a man who LITERALLY has the exact length and color of hair that’s sitting on my plate on his head AND his beard /facial hair could also be a perfect match to the hair in my food so I just looked at him confused like PLEASE tell me you’re joking right now!?? I then pointed out how it VERY obviously didn’t come from my head yet it came from somewhere!! (Which I also HIGHLY doubt that there weren’t more cooks in the back whose hair matched that description also! Like srsly man, gimme a break! Own your mistakes for Crying out loud!!– I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if ALL of the cooks indeed had SHORT BLACK hair!!!! Lol) JUST SAYIN!! ♀️ ANYWAY, you wanna know what this manager offered to do about this?? He says, “FINE! I’LL TAKE THE EGGS OFF YOUR CHECK!!” LIKE OK YA RIGHT! AND I’LL JUST GO AHEAD AND CONTINUE TO EAT OFF OF THIS DIRTY PLATE , AROUND THE HAIRY EGGS, THANKS PAL!!! ☠️ SO he does me a solid and takes off THE $4 EGGS FROM MY $20 MEAL THAT I DIDN’T GET TO HARDLY EAT ANY OF! ! ♀️ Awesome! ..( maybe if he know I’m in the top 5% of Google food reviews he would have ACTUALLY come something to make that right!? What do you think? Lol. #Airball!!!
Oh BUT WAIT!! that’s not even the worst part, the worst of it was YET TO COME!!.. SO AFTER all that defiance and refusing to take responsibility for an incident which very likely was obviously just an accident, and instead trying to make me feel as though he was somehow confusingly accusing ME of the leaving the hairs, (remember I’m a long haired red head) I’m just sitting there a bit annoyed, fidgeting and looking at my food pretty much in disgust and just fully unpleased & dissatisfied w my experience that was about to cost me $70.. (oops correction, $66 after taking off the hairy eggs special!) but I’m kinda just mugging my plate, and pushing the food around with a fork out of bordem as I waited to get the heck outta there! — and what do you know??!!
I EXPOSE YET ANOTHER FREAKING HAIR LAYING CONTENTLY RIGHT THERE ON MY PLATE UNDER MORE FOOD!!! ♀️ ♀️☠️ I JUST CAN’T EVEN! !! ♀️ ♀️ SAVE YOUR $$ ✅⚠️DONT GO EAT THERE! UNLESS you like hairy eggs & RIDICULOUS SERVICE of course!!! ♀️ I don’t judge! (THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING!!!) *Reference photos below!

I did an online order for takeout. Online it let me select Curbside Pickup. I also selected crispy fried hash browns. When I arrived I parked in a space marked Curbside Pickup. I called the phone number on the sign to let them know I was there. I called 3 times and it rang at least 20 times each time and then disconnected. On the fourth call someone answered and told me they don’t have Curbside and I would need to come in. When I got my food, I didn’t get crispy hash browns. They were soft and greasy. Had I not kept calling I wouldn’t have known that I had to go in. I could have waited a long time and not gotten my order. Very bad customer service.

We visited during a busy Sunday morning, so there was a wait of about 45 minutes before we recieved our food.
I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant with children. They had a gentleman that was walking around the dining room offering to make balloon animals for kids. He made a butterfly ballon for us .
We ordered the new Tres Leches pancakes and they were so delicious. I will be visiting again.

We had a group of 15 come in at 12am on New Year’s Day, and THE Michael Jackson took care of us. Cracking jokes and smiling all night long, he really made our new years special. The food came relatively quick for the size of our group and there were few errors. Give MJ a raise man. On a busy holiday night, for him to be as efficient and thoughtful as he was… all we can say is we appreciate you MJ!

This location was so good.Our server was kind and patient.Our food was hot and delicious.We’ll definitely visit this location again.If i’m ever in the area, especially around that time, we went about eleven o’clock at night.And even then everything was wonderful

My visit to IHOP left me with mixed feelings. While we appreciated the attentive and friendly behavior of the staff, we found the portion sizes to be overwhelmingly large for a single serving. We were unable to finish our meals due to the generous portions.
However, we were pleased with the accommodation of our dietary preferences; upon request, the staff kindly allowed us to substitute red meat with chicken in the burrito.
Overall, IHOP provided a satisfactory dining experience, albeit with some minor drawbacks related to portion sizes.
