We tried several items, but the tacos dorados de birria completely stole the show. Perfectly crispy, packed with juicy and tender birria, and served with a rich consommé that takes everything to the next level. Every bite was full of flavor, not greasy, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. You can really taste the care and authenticity in the food.
The menu has a great variety of Mexican street food favorites, making Cali Tacos a go-to spot whether you’re craving tacos, birria, or classic comfort dishes. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the quality is consistently high which is exactly what you want in a great taco spot.
On top of the food, the service was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. This is the kind of place you come back to again and again, whether you’re a local or just visiting Arizona and searching for one of the best taco spots in the area.

Was very excited for a location in the West Valley. We went on opening day. They had an excellent DJ out front, and it really didn’t take long to get our order. Overall, the food was great, and the pricing was wonderful! If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the refried beans were too salty. Hopefully, that’s just opening jitters. We will go back, and maybe they have corrected that issue. Otherwise, definitely worth your time and money!

First time trying this place with my husband and we both got the taco combo special to go where it’s 3 tacos with rice and beans. The al pastor is worth the try and very tasty! Glad it opened on the corner of our neighborhood because we will be going frequently!

This is the second time I tried this place and oh boy it’s disappointing. At this point it’s starting to look like a Filiberto’s. The carne asada burro is very greasy, it started falling apart right after 3 bites. It’s not rolled up properly I believe. The birria tacos were alright. Man I was really excited for this place but unfortunately it did not satisfied and again it’s basically a Filibertos at this point.

I love the wings here they are super spicy and crispy I like mine extra well done. I’ve had their horchata as well it’s so refreshing I used to go to the 99 and camelback location but had a bad experience there so when this location opened up I decided to give this one a chance and couldn’t be more happy. The staff is amazing the girls at the front taking your order are super friendly and just great vibe over all.

I got the taco plate that came with 3 tacos, rice and beans. The corn tortillas were dry. The beans tasted weird, the rice didn’t have flavor at all. The meat was good, had flavor but that’s it.

No different than the Tolleson location! I was very happy to have a location close to my house in Glendale, but I was worried the service and/or quality of food might be different because it is smaller and has a drive thru. I was not disappointed! Same great service, and same great taste!

Foods good when its actually correct, customer service is horrible!! Went there twice paid over 60 bucks including 10 tip each time for a family of 3, every time a part of our order is wrong. Everyone else’s food went cold waiting for the correct order and they ACTUALLY made us pay for the correct order. Will never come back!!!

Staff greets you as you walk in and with a smile. Food is very good, birria and consome is very tasty. My favorite is the birria sopes are my favorite. Highly reccomend. I will definately be back for more.
