My wife wanted chillis so we went to this chillis near Ames. I never order steak on chillis I dont like it .but ordered the trio fajitas. My wife order ribs. The food was OK to bad. The service was good considering the place was packed. But it’s chillis you know what to spectate.

My server was David and he was a really great guy! He told us about the rewards and I signed up with my email and got free chips and salsa and he told us about the 3 for me instead of ordering stuff individually and saved us about 20$ great guy who really loves his job and was really attentive, this chillys is always great I’ve never had a problem here I definitely recommend asking for him if you go in!

Our family loves chili’s. Every time we go there, we have had excellent food and service. All of the servers are incredibly kind and helpful. We love to get the three for me to allow us to get an entrée, an appetizer, and a drink.

Met a friend for lunch there and had a great experience. The host cordially greeted and promptly seated us. We each ordered the “3 for Me” deal. The servers (one was in training) did a great job. They were friendly and attentive. The food was great too–I had one of the best burgers and the best fries I have had in quite a while. The price point was great too–continue keeping it competitive. I will gladly pay a couple dollars more for great food and service at Chili’s vs. slightly lower prices for possibly lower quality food or service at other places.

This was my first-ever experience at Chili’s, and wow, it did not disappoint. Honestly, it was some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. Maybe it was because it was something different, but everything was absolutely amazing.
The fried mozzarella sticks deserve their own shoutout, they were HUGE and hands down the best I’ve ever had. I was already pretty full after just two of them.
I ended up ordering the Triple Dipper as my entrée with the fried mozzarella sticks, Big Mouth Bites, and Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, and every single item was delicious. The mini burgers especially surprised me. At first glance they didn’t look like much, but the moment I took a bite—holy wow, the flavor. So good.
The service was also impressive. While our server wasn’t overly upbeat, she was extremely attentive. She consistently checked in, kept our drinks refilled, cleared plates quickly, and stayed on top of everything without being overbearing. Honestly, it was some of the best service I’ve had in a while.
I don’t usually leave restaurant reviews unless the experience is either exceptional or terrible, and this was definitely exceptional. Yes, the food is a bit pricey, but let’s be real.. everything is nowadays, and this was quality, flavorful food that was worth it.
I’ll definitely be coming back as soon as possible!

Despite a very busy Valentine’s Day night, the food and service was still attentive and the staff seemed very in tune. Our sever, Jozie, was great and the food came out decently quick and was good. Even offered and gave us to-go cups for drinks, which was amazing!
