This is my first time here at this location. Friendly staff. I had chicken tenders and potato wedges which was really good. My wife had street tacos she liked it. Grandkids had chicken wings very happy.

Love the food! Ordered cheeseburger and onion rings. They were excellent!! Also ordered a chicken sandwich and wedge potatoes. It was okay. Our server was good also. I think he was the only server for a lot of tables, but he did a very good job.
They have a good value special, 2 people can eat for $20 which includes entries, sides and drink.

Update.. u write a review and send email hoping for some kinda resolution and they don’t even respond to you with an apology or anyway to make it better.
It was date night for me and hubby, we weren’t having that great of a night to start off with but to go get a burger and have not that great of service didn’t make it any better.
So I get that its like fight night so busy busy so the wait time was expected, I think the organization you all have is not right. Your using parchment paper as a waiting list not taking cell numbers down or really keeping track of your customers.
Our server was great his name is Tommy so very attentive and nice.
Hostess was fine but the incident that led to this review not being so great was the fact that if your not taking numbers down then people shouldn’t be able to leave and then come back once there name was called and crossed off already.
My husband goes up to the hostess who gave our table away he starts to explain the situation and then she just disappears, a manager then comes out and starts to explain what is happening yes he found us a table but his attitude wasn’t very professional. My husband explained that parchment paper maybe isn’t a good tracking wait list and this manager says and I quote “well sir what would you prefer me to write it on” now yes I understand this sounds ok when reading but the tone in that man’s voice was sarcasm and it was rude.
Your bartenders need to learn how to make drinks better, I ordered sex on the beach I’ve heard that it the most easiest drink and your bartender couldn’t make it. The burgers weren’t the greatest they tasted pre frozen the fries were a little hard.
Im not blaming any specific person I didn’t like the way the manager made his smart ass remark and the way the hostess just kinda disappeared.

I want to give a huge shoutout to our server, Tommy. Although he mentioned he was relatively new, he delivered an absolutely outstanding experience — hands down the best we’ve ever had at this location. Even during a very busy service, Tommy remained exceptionally calm, attentive, and professional. He was genuinely apologetic for the wait time, yet never rushed us or made us feel like we were an inconvenience. His composure and genuine care under pressure were truly impressive. Excellent job, Tommy! It’s because of team members like you that we’ll definitely be returning!!

I found a hair twice in my food at this location im not happy i will not be returning to this location and i don’t recommend this location if you ask me it makes me loose my appetite and the servers brought me a new plate but the good was cold so. They needa do better back there and make sure the cooks have their hair away in hair nets or hat on and they need to check for hair before just serving.

I picked up an online order tonight and got the worst wings I have literally ever ordered in my life. I didn’t open the bag until I got home or I would have never left with them. These were literally not even wings. They were all bite sized crunchy pieces of breading that were all completely inedible. Not to mention I ordered on a Monday night when it was completely dead and it took 10 minutes before someone even noticed I was there to help me out. Worst experience, worst food, worst service. Waste of money and I will never be back. Do not recommend coming here at all!

This place has gone down hill! The pretzel bites were not cooked all the way through. Seems like they were only defrosted and served cold. Sent those back and they still tried to charge for them. The wings,traditional, have gone completely down hill. Get back to quality. Especially for what the customers are pay for!

We frequent this location often but on 10/24 our service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Our server was Kaylee and we saw her a total of two times our entire visit. She sat us with no utensils, napkins or condiments. I had to get up and seek them from multiple staff members. She never once returned to fill our drinks and just seemed like she really didnt care that we were here. I also had to get up and ask for the check after waiting for her to return with it.

We got seated fairly quickly and got three of our four items in a reasonable amount of time. The Asian Zing wings took so long that the other two people I was with were done with theirs by the time I got mine.
All of the wings were crispy. The honey bbq had a little zip to them. The server was great, communicative and apologized for the delay. The wings were pretty standard wings, nothing horrible, nothing special. The beer battered onion rings could have been a little crispier, but overall pretty good.

I enjoyed the food and beer at Buffalo Wild Wings—the flavors and atmosphere were great. However, since the restaurant closed at 10 PM, the staff had to rush us a bit, which felt a little disappointing as I wanted to relax and enjoy my beer longer. Overall, still a good experience, just wish the closing time allowed for a more laid-back evening.
