With as long as the wait is here it would be great to have the employees make our ordered drinks last, when they hand us our food that way, we don’t have watered down syrup flavors while eating our food. Often times can’t pull away without checking to see if I’ve received the right food. I come back because kids love McDonald’s.

So we were in there for 30 minutes and they asked us they only could only do online orders and DoorDash mind it’s 1 AM. We go back out of line in the parking lot order a dine out takeout go back in line show them the number they told us to pull the second window. We wait in line for another 30 minutes by the time we get to the second window it’s like 1:45 AM. Then they come out to us and say oh what’s your order three times we gave him the code 3×15 minutes later they say “actually our Shamrock shake is down•. We ask for fries and they offer a frappe instead, but we end up asking for a refund for the shamrock shakes. Another 10 minutes later of waiting in line still, they give us a refund by the time we leave it’s almost 2 AM. Honestly worst experience ever.

XXXTENTACION R.I.P
I had placed my order in the McDonald’s app before arriving, and my order was verified at the drive-thru lane. I was then instructed to pull up to stall #2 to wait for my food.
I received my frappe right away, but was told the rest of my order would be brought out shortly.

After waiting about 15 minutes, I noticed cars behind me being sent to numbered stalls for mobile orders and receiving food before I did. The customer ahead of me also had their order made incorrectly and had to wait for it to be remade. I eventually went inside to ask about my order, and the manager simply said, “We’re working on it,” without any apology or explanation.

I went back to my car and waited another 20 minutes. By that time, around ten other customers were also waiting outside-some for over 40 minutes. When I went back inside to ask again, the manager told me, “We cannot make it right now, it’s past 10:30,” even though our orders were placed well before then. That response was dismissive and unacceptable to everyone still waiting.

The situation was completely disorganized. The manager failed to communicate, de-escalate, or take responsibility.
Instead, she sent other employees to handle the issue. One young employee (wearing a red hat, appearing to be a minor) took my phone to view my mobile order and returned it without resolving anything. Another employee later offered to make my food, but by that time, after waiting over 40 minutes, there was no point. I ultimately accepted a refund and left very disappointed.

This entire experience was unprofessional and poorly managed. The lack of communication, accountability, and leadership trom the manager made an already bad situation worse. It is unacceptable for customers to wait over 40 minutes for mobile orders placed long before closing— especially without proper updates or respect from management.

I hope this matter is reviewed seriously and that appropriate corrective action is taken. Customers deserve better communication, organization, and professionalism from both staff and management.

This is the worst McDonald’s in town for fast service. It took 30 minutes in line tonight, to get my order, by time the I got the food it was nearly cold… Sorry but gross.. Fry’s were salter then heck, cheeseburger just cold.. I definitely ain’t going to recommend or going back..

I waited over 15 min in line for 2 plain hamburgers and a medium fry. The car ahead of me waited even longer for a Happy Meal. I literally watched 8 cars get there food and go along there way. I had to call the store to see what the hold up was and I didn’t even get a sorry for your wait smh SERVICE WAS TRASH

I think maybe this place should not have so many kids working at. Usually it’s a pleasant place to eat but today, Lunch time. eat dine-in wanted to sit at a table and every single one dirty asked for someone to clean lobby and they did not want to took a while. Food is taken even longer some people have been sitting here for 22 minutes waiting. So far been waiting 30 minutes+

This place is a joke. I go in there almost 3 times a week. Get The same order although today I wanted a large orange juice and you cannot do that at the kiosk for a meal so I saved the meal to pay at the counter and it took them five minutes to come to the counter after one lady told me she did not know how to run it. She did thankfully go find somebody that could I appreciate her. Then when they brought the meal out to me, it was Not complete as to what I have ordered she told me I was wrong that this is what I ordered I tried to explain it to her, but she was not having it then I asked my money back and then she decided to argue with me. This person is a manager there and she does not know how to Talk to customers there’s no way I should’ve ever been talk to that way so I just walked out.
