I’m not a fan of arguing. The woman working the afternoon shift at this Subway was very argumentative and didn’t seem to understand her own menu pricing.
I don’t take well to a clerk who can’t seem to read her own menu prices, attempting to overcharge me for food and even adding more than I requested.
She was turning red and became bluntly unfriendly. All she had to do was look at her own menu board to see what’s posted for everyone else.
I’ll add a photo of the menu board. The argument was over her charging me footling pricing for bacon and extra meat when I got a signature wrap.
I told her that the board says 6″ or signature wrap for the lower pricing and she proceeded to tell me I was wrong. You tell me? Does it look like signature wrap additions are with the 6″ or foot long sub pricing?

Ordered a Turkey Sandwich with Provolone Cheese Toasted. Little Mayonnaise, Lettuce
Tomato & light Onion.
We received it with No Cheese, not Toasted
Lots of Mayonnaise & no Onion.
We called back & told them about the Sandwich. They said along with the Manager that they looked at the video & they said the Manager said he looked at the video bad it showed the guy putting cheese on the Sandwich & Toasting it, which it didn’t happen. They lied about it all. Because that’s not the way we received the Turkey Sandwich. This has happened two other times prior. This used to be our Sandwich Shop to go too, Not any Longer.
We will No longer support this Subway any longer.

the food was great and the girl (jenna i think) making our sandwiches was fantastic. absolutely loved her. she was the only one working during a rush at 12pm though and i felt bad she didn’t have anyone to help her. if the owner would schedule more people to make sandwiches that would be great. also please add a digital tip feature because i only had apple pay and wanted to tip her

Place an order online for a Cheesesteak, churro and six pack of cookies my cheesecake was toasted when asked not to be toasted and was missing ingredients. the churro was beyond hard and not edible the cookies were completely crunchy which I’ve never had crunchy cookies from subway. Overall experience was just bad. I made a formal complaint online before posting a review and the owner said he was sorry then said he had no knowledge of my order and if I was sure that I ordered from the Salida Subway, I even screenshotted my online receipt with no reply. Probably the worst subway I’ve been to ever hands down, will not eat at this location again.

The website says the store closes at 9:30 but today apparently they close at 9, I showed up to this location at 9 pm and the doors were locked I gave it some time and tried again and was still locked 9:10 I called and the young boy said they close at 9:20ish?? Tried the door once more because there was someone at the register and they are just starring and signaling they were closed at 9:20? Absolutely unacceptable

Asked for the fresh baked cookies that they had just made and lady charging said no because they are “hot”. Lol I didn’t want the old cookies. I wanted the fresh baked, like they advertise ? She said it nicely, but would’ve preferred her to say if I could wait a couple of minutes to let them cool off a little. Rather than the blatant no I was told.

Do not order online here. Ordered online and paid. When I came to pick it up they could not find my order and would not make it right. Resturuant manager told me to call my bank and report it as a charge back .pretty sure somebody took my food off the mobile order cart.

Usually, good, but the last time I went there ordered extra olives and extra sauce on my two sandwiches.
But received, ZERO sauce and regular amount of olives. Made for a dry sandwich.

I don’t normally take the time to ad reviews but after spending the day at the local KP hospital by father and I pick up sandwiches for the family back at the house, ordered the new specials and must comment that the service, quality of ingredients and taste at this location is better than I get at east Bay Area!! Thanks and will be back again!
