Especially when i use to live in Fullerton.
Also good good their quick food to go that’s premade.
Also is a restaurant for decent Vietnamese food including Pho & grilled pork chops.
They offer different milk teas with tapioca boba toppings $ 6 but have a BOGO free deal.
What we ordered
~ milk teas w rainbow jelly is good.
~ thai green milk tea with tapioca aka boba is good. Not overly sweet. Tapioca boba is decent.
~ Tri color dessert is a known Vietnamese Che aka dessert. A bit on the sweet side but teally good.
Also have Vietnamese dessert/Che.
I’ll have to update on their banh mi. It’s been awhile since I’ve had their Banh Mi sandwiches.
Service is ok, it’s a bit hard w language barrier which ends up turning into un politeness.
Restuarant can use a bit updated. It’s like a hole in the wall type of vibe.
Located in the same plaza as Costco Warehouse & Amazon Fresh market, next to Panera Bread.
Lots of parking available. But can be packed due to Costco warehouse shoppers.
When I complained, the lady owner shrugged it off and told me it was “too late.” Completely unprofessional and rude. The place itself looks filthy, totally empty, and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the kitchen was just as bad. On top of that, the atmosphere is sketchy with homeless people hanging around right outside.
If they’re cutting corners this badly on food quality, and cleanliness, who knows what else is going on behind the scenes. I will never eat here again, and I strongly warn others to stay away.
The atmosphere is like locked in from how it was in the 2000s, but honestly who even cares about stuff like that.
This place has everything — pho, banh mi, egg rolls, rice plates, pad Thai, and even hot pot.
We came for a quick lunch and ended up with a feast.
The pho broth was light and clean, the grilled pork rice plate was perfectly charred, and the egg rolls were crispy without being greasy.
Oh, and their prices? So reasonable it almost feels like a throwback.
Great portions, fast service, and a massive menu.
Highly recommend if you’re hungry and indecisive (they’ve got it all).
I came here to get PHO. Please see the picture to see what $11.50 gets you.
I asked for extra basil. She said $3.00 . Is it organic? Locally harvested? Is it a whole plant ?
Then I looked at the quality of food and went to back to return my food. My jalapeños and green onions had dirt or ( mold) and I asked her to replace them. She smiled and went to the cash register to charge me.
The fact that this place is still open is solely based on our hunger. Pre-covid this place had decent pho , items, and produce. As it stands today. I foresee it closing down in the years to come.
It’s empty for a reason.
Save your money , and get better quality , service and product at other spots nearby.

Bread is soft and fresh, unfortunately there is not enough meat to bread ratio. Peach tea is too sweet but watered down tastes great and is refreshing.
