Had dinner tonight (Nov. 20, 2025) at the Sardis Road North (Charlotte, NC) location. WOW!! Excellent from the moment we entered the restaurant to the moment we left. Pleasant hostess and a nice two top for my sister and myself. We were promptly addressed by our waitress, Sasha, and her trainee, Charlie. They were perfectly paired and so happy and amenable. We actually felt like they were thrilled to see us! We each ordered the special. Sister ordered potato soup, a giant Spicy Crispy sandwich, fries & a fountain drink for $10.99. I had the $12.99 special and had the Old Timer Burger w/fries and a starter of chips & salsa and a drink. Huge portions. Absolutely delicious!! We can’t wait to go back!!

Loveee this place. Been to this location so many times and always amazing. Our server tonight jade was so attentive and nice. Multiple workers helped us and all of them were so kind and quick and great. The manager came and checked on us multiple times and he was so funny and nice. I never think to write reviews but was sooo happy in there today I just love this chilis. And the drink of the month is always great

Went to Chili’s to eat Friday night with in-laws and we ordered fajitas, margarita chicken, and a Cheeseburger with loaded mash potatoes. The food was average ,but with no taste . Our waitress Jade was exceptional and took good care of us . My family has eaten at Chili’s on Independence for years . My parents when they were alive joined our group to eat as a family. The food and Chili’s has really hit rock bottom. I would not recommend that anyone frequent this location until Corporate visits and cleans this location up . Eat at your own risk .

We had Angel for our server and she was AMAZING and so sweet. She catered to little details a lot of servers wouldn’t like our children broke their crayons and brought them extra. Food came out so fast and she stayed on top of our table as well as her other tables for a Friday night. Would go back to ask for her to be our server specifically. 10/10⭐️

Party of two. The host was quick and friendly. It did not take long to get seated and we were informed our server would be here to greet us and get us drinks. After about 5-10 mins of looking over the menu while we waited to be greeted a family of four was seated in the booth next to us. They were immediately greeted and had their drink order taken. We thought maybe she will turn around and ask us for our drinks too. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. Instead the server went to get their drinks, after two minutes they received their drinks and were getting their order taken. The restaurant at the time wasn’t even busy. We decided to just leave at that rate and go down the street instead where Applebee’s had faster and friendlier service. I don’t recommend this Chili’s, the one located in Monroe is way better.
