I asked for a steak, egg bagel with extra sauce and xtra onion. And I got Saige bagel burnt with egg no sauce after the third attempt. I have had the worst experience the last three times I have come to this McDonald’s. I truly understand things have changed in the customer service field but when you ask for a specific order slowly, you repeated twice to three times at the drive-through you should be able to get what you asked for they hand you the wrong thing every time it’s either someone else’s food or my order is not right. I will not return to this McDonald’s. It may not make a difference, but it has to stop. I am never rude. I am very patient but it’s ridiculous. When you cannot even read, they give me the right receipt, but the wrong food every time. The floors were slippery and I almost fell coming in.

Well the umsweet tea was sour and the diet coke did not taste right either, they offered to get us something else, but they don’t have much other than those two for no sugar, so we tried to work through but ended up throwing away, this was not bad when McDonald’s had one dollar large drinks, but now at two dollars, I think I will have to go to another fast food for a no sugar drink , we went to circle k, at least we had a cup

This location is trifling management are lettings those kids play on the clock and with people’s food. Wife specifically told them to cook the burger thoroughly when ordering, get home hand me my burger it’s raw. She goes back and management is trolling along with the kids back in the kitchen, brings another burger for it too still be raw. Stop playing with people health and cook the order the correct way and clean your kitchen appliances!!!!!

Usually the food is pretty good. No big complaints. But today after thanksgiving, I just wanted to order something decent and sit down and eat and chill. After cooking and eating thanksgiving meals for 2 days. My food was thrown together quickly and I had to wait long for my food. I ordered ahead of time in the app. I also found a long thin clear piece of plastic in my burger. It made me afraid to continue eating it as it blended in with the shredded lettuce and sauce. My fries were cold and tasted old. Another set of fries I had were room temperature but didn’t taste old. The happy meals were room temp. It was just a completely bad experience. I wasted money, I’m still hungry and have to find something else to eat.

It is very difficult for me to understand why an order as simple as the $5 dollar meal or just an order that consists of 2 double cheeseburgers & a medium coke can never be correct. Came here about 2 months ago for a $5 dollar meal in the drive-thru just for them to get the order incorrect 3 whole times. It took for me to go inside the establishment for me to finally receive the correct order which ended up being on the counter the whole time when it was handed to me. I ended up deciding to stop going to this location & started going to another. Fast forward to yesterday, October 1st, 2025 at 6:18pm. I decided to go here for the convenience since I was in a rush & close by. I placed an order for 2 double cheeseburgers & a medium coke in the drive-thru. firstly, they charged me $14.35 which is very inaccurate for the order I placed. got to the window & received a meal for what seemed like a family of 4. told the individual at the window this is not what I ordered. I proceeded to tell her (2 times) what I ordered & she had the audacity to ask “So you don’t want this meal?” She then called what I believe is the manager & I told him (third time) what I ordered. he then told me to pull up to the front of the establishment & I’d receive a refund. I indeed did not receive my refund, just finally got my correct order. Which still does not total up to $14.35. All this to say, do not waste your time, energy nor gas to come to this location. Just a bunch of children playing on the clock at this point.

placed an order around 3:30 am for pick up expecting to have dinner not breakfast when i arrive to the restaurant. the mcdonald’s app said i had until 3:59 to order dinner before the menu switched over to breakfast. i arrived around 3:45 and im told they’re now serving breakfast and that i would have to cancel my order. i then told him it was to late and the app wasn’t letting me cancel it. there was a i wanna say jamaican or african dude (don’t wanna make assumptions but i didn’t get his name) who took the time out to help me try to figure out how to get it canceled. he spent about 20min helping me then when he eventually understood my frustration after expressing to him how i felt about everything and offered to pay for anything on the menu i liked. my order was $14 and i didn’t want to OD so i just got a hot cake breakfast. I do want to say i did curse at him due to frustration and because he was telling me there was a line behind me as if i wasn’t a customer myself but it ended well. he paid for my meal. thank you.

Extremely rude person on headset today with the blue shirt at 4pm. I told the guy at the window a car in front of me drove off so my order was the frappe not the shake. The lady in the blue shirt came up & started talking rudely about me loudly not even caring that the window was open. So I left. Their phone number for the store is also disconnected.

Every time we have ordered they put us in one of the pull up locations. We usually order alot so don’t mind but today we just had a quarter pounder and us and the 3 cars behind us all got parked, my daughter said they do that so their counter resets and it looks like they are getting people their food fast when they really aren’t. And the attitude these young people have. What happened to customer service.
