This has been my go-to Chick-fil-A ever since I moved to the area about five years ago. Not only is it the closest location, but in my long life (and my way too many Chick-fil-A visits ), this one is hands down the best.
The food quality and preparation are always top-tier, but it is really the staff that sets this place apart. They are always smiling. Always kind. And yes, I know that is typical for Chick-fil-A, but something about this location just feels different. It is better. It feels more intentional. They know and recognize the community here which is something you don’t typically get in franchise spaces. It’s just truly special.
In a time when the world just feels and looks so bad – it’s nice to have a spot that is simply – good. Thank you to the staff here for all you do and please know how much my puppy loves y’all too!

Never thought I would have to share a negative review for
Chick-fil-A: the place known for first class customer service. Guy at the window with hand tattoos had a very non-chalant personality lol I guess he thought he was too cool to be working in customer service. He asked me if I wanted any sauce and I said I wanted ranch. He asked me how many I wanted. Three? Four? I said no, just one should be fine. Guess how many I found in my bag when I went home- zero! Wow! I didn’t know the standards to work at Chick-fil-A were lowered so much.

More like “bean” tortilla soup without the chicken. Ordered two bowls of the chicken tortilla soup and I will say there is a complete difference between what they used to put in terms of the chicken compared to now.

Make sure you check your food before leaving the drive thru, especially if you have a large order. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal and two extra chicken biscuits at the drive thru and after I drove away I only found one chicken biscuit meal and one extra chicken biscuit.

service is mostly fast, food is delicious, and fries are usually well salted! they’ve never messed up an order so far (like some other Chick-fil-As) it’s very clean highly recommend. and of course all chick-fil-a food is really good.

This is the location very close to my house. Historically they have done a great job but the last two times I went were very disappointing. They asked to pull forward in the drive through line and we had to wait a long time. When we got the food, the fries were pretty gross- soggy and stale and tasted like they had been sitting out. The cookies was charred, hard, and so gross when usually they are great. Just disappointing.

When I see the line of cars at the drive through I hesitate, but I get in line and am amazed at how quickly I have my food and am on my way.
The food is always fresh and hot, and the people working are friendly and extremely efficient.
If you like their food but go elsewhere because of the line, hop in line once and be amazed at how efficiently these restaurants really are. You’ll be back too!

I ordered through the mobile app then picked up at the drive through. There was just after 11:00 AM. There was about 10 minutes between my placing the order and picking it up. I ordered a SouthWest salad with spicy grilled chicken, creamy salsa dressing, no pepitas and extra spicy chicken for a $15.38, and large fries for my friend. Guess what? Fries were okay but not hot. I received only the regular portion of spicy chicken – no extra chicken at all. No salad dressing either! Yes I did get pepitas that I didn’t want and utensils that I didn’t request. I feel totally cheated. The only way to let the restaurant know is to CALL them! Are you kidding me? I have neither the time nor the patience to make a phone call. So here’s my review of your restaurant instead.

Good fast service. At the busiest times, in a rush, you can sometimes get through faster going inside. That said, it’s always fast friendly and hot fresh food.
