Legit the best service and value we’ve gotten in the metro area in a while. We dropped in while visiting fam in town and made our way to the bar. Amanda was amazing, so courteous and speedy, on top of our order. The food was top notch and we were getting happy hour drinks like it was NYE. This is our go to spot for now on while in the area.

Just went today. The waitress was the worst service I’ve gotten in my life. She handed me the hot part of my plate without warning and burnt my hand. Brought appetizers with no sauce. Had to stop her for refills. Had to stop her for the check. Told her my child’s food was wrong and she argued with me and told me that I ordered it that way. It was the child’s marinara pasta and she brought butter pasta(???). When we asked for plates for the appetizers she told us to get them ourselves off the salad bar. I will never come here again and I HIGHLY suggest you dont either. With service like this I dont know how this resturant is still in service.

Food was meh!! The pasta was dry barely had any sauce asked for more was told it’d be an upcharge the meal was cold with a super hot bowl. Service was not great our waitress was to busy with getting drinks out to other servers. Looks to be under staffed imo.

Visited the restaurant today and sat at the bar. Was immediately greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Ordered a strawberry margarita and spinach dip appetizer. Drinks were good and food was hot. My server was Essence. I like her she was very friendly. She also has a nice rack! (Of ribs lol) will definitely return!

I have not been to this restaurant in I don’t know how long. But considering that it was almost closing time, the food was hot and fresh and the service was great. She has only been working there 2 months, but you would have thought she had been there for years. I had the catfish and shrimp platter and it was hot and delicious. I had forgotten all about this place. I will return when in the area.

Food is always great!! They never disappoint on the food and customer service used to be A-1 until Monday 01/06/2025, at 5:45P when I went to pick up my curbside order where I sat and called four times back to back and every employee that I saw did NOT make an effort to answer the phone and when I finally walked in and asked for my curbside order, the lady that was standing there rolling the utensils in the paper towel tried to pretend as if she didn’t see me!! I don’t know what was going on Monday night but I hope it’s NOT something that will continue which will result in me taking a break from my favorite restaurant for a while!!

I have been to Ruby Tuesday countless times throughout the years. Today was the worst ever. Starting with the wait for a server to take my order. He did explain that it was only 2 servers, and he (Scott) was the bartender as well. I ordered 2 beef ribs meals with onion rings and ribeye and baked potatoes. It took almost 30 minutes to receive my food. Cool, I get the ribeye(6oz) well done, despite me ordering medium well. It was so tough I couldn’t chew it. The 2 ribs were a complete joke. One was a bone with bbq sauce slathered on it. I returned them both. While waiting, I ate my onion rings and the baked potato, which were great. Another 20 min or so went by, and I got another rib and ribeye. They were both correct and hot. I asked for my check that was another 40-minute wait. By now, I’m appalled and irritated. Scott did apologize, but at that point, I’m just ready to go. I was there for over 2 hours, mostly waiting. I did not leave a tip this time because the service was terrible. The bone is located in the pics below. This is how it came to my table a bbq bone. For $45, it should have been a tad bit better.

Places like this cant afford bad reviews and I honestly hate to leave a bad review. But today was just disappointing. I was originally going to McAlister’s and last minute decided to come here mainly because of the salad bar. There is a smell upon entrance, still decided to stay. I ordered the salad bar and chicken pasta. There were many dirty plates, the lettuce was extremely wet(moist) and when I addressed both issues there was no real concern. And the new lettuce was extremely wet as well. My pasta came and in my opinion a half serving. The breadstick was the best part of this meal. Tthats a pic before i took a bite out of the pasta i just mixed it up. This is a do better review a better reputation goes a long way.
