I just went to this location with my friend, she ordered a Large Berry Acai refresher and as soon as she said “acai” both workers (teenage girls) started laughing at the way she pronounced it and made her repeat her order. When I ordered the same drink, the worked made me repeat my order as well because they were still too busy laughing at my friends order before. When our drinks came out they were mediums and when I told them we ordered larges we were essentially accused of lying and told we were charged for mediums. Charges for mediums or not, we both ordered larges and both received mediums because the worker was too busy laughing at my friend (a customer) to actually pay attention to what size we ordered. Very disappointing. Not a great experience at all and will not be returning to this Dunkin.

This is by far the worst dunkins I have ever been to. My order is continuously wrong every time I go. I decided to go in and order, asked for well done avacado toast, waited ten minutes to open it and find it was not toasted ONE bit! It says toast dark on the receipt! They are extremely unorganized and always trying to charge me the wrong amount. The only reason I go there is because it’s so close to my house, never again! Oh and when you call to complain their phone is out of service…convenient! As a former Dunkin employee for 5 years- DO BETTER!

Very thankful for their service! Came in on a day they were very busy and backed up with the drivethru, walk-ins, and a flood of mobile orders. They were moving fast and got to me in a timely manner and were friendly even though I could tell they were short staffed and stressed. Very thankful and appreciative for the service I had today, I could tell today was a challenging day for them. But they completed my order to me within 5 minutes despite how busy they were with 15 cars in drivethru, 8+ people in line, and alot of mobile orders. Only reason 3 of 5 star on atmosphere was 3-4 rude customers complaining about them being short staffed, but not appreciative of how hard the Dunkin crew was working. This store doesn’t have chairs and tables, It is designed to be a pickup or drivethru store only. So, I don’t understand people’s complaints when they could easily go to any Dunkin Donuts within 5min drive on a Saturday. Where do you have to be in a hurry on a weekend day off to complain that much? Too many ungrateful people would rather do complaints in retail and not enough give praise when it is deserved. My order came out fast, correctly and with friendly service. I was very appreciative of their hard work. The 1001 Central St local crew all deserve a raise! And hire more backup or transfer additional employee or 2 from other stores, this store deserves it. They have my respect and praise and compliments. Dunkin management: pass my gratitude directly to the crew here!

This is my fav Dunks! Last time I went to pick up an on-the-go order, the woman at the counter offered to remake my coffee so it would be hot. I declined because it was my fault i was late to pick up the order lol! But that was tremendously nice of her. She was super friendly and made me laugh. Everything I got was delicious, especially the avocado toast and latte. The staff at this Dunks always go above and beyond

This was the best Dunkin experience I’ve ever had! I went through the drive through and the woman over the intercom was so incredibly kind and patient while I was ordering. When I got to the window, I was asked if I wanted ketchup or anything extra with my food- the workers wanted to make sure everything was accounted for, and I’m so grateful for that as a customer. On top of all this, the food was cooked to perfection! No burnt bits on my bagel, and my coffee was delicious (not to sweet). Amazing experience with quick and extremely kind service. Definitely would give more stars if I could!

frozen Iced coffee is made individually in the pitchers but yet the whole machine is “being cleaned” at 630 with 1.5 hours till close..
booooo if there were another place closer if tell my wife to stop going here…. lucky you’re the closest to her work..

Don’t usually write reviews for Dunks because you already know the deal here. But wanted to give a shout out to the crew here after a recent visit where the guy in front of me ordered an irresponsible amount of food. I thought it would take forever but you got it out super fast and I got to my afternoon coffee without a huge wait. Nice work!

Nothing like the young so-called worker shutting down 45 minutes early in the lobby, forcing me to bring my truck that doesn’t really fit that well through the drive-thru. Some people work third shift, once again Dunkin donuts you places have lost your touch with the people that have kept you in business

I was in earlier today with my daughter . This was by far one of the best Dunkin Donuts we have been to in a long time ! Quick service, friendly staff and our coffees were made perfect! We will definitely be coming to this location from here on out .
