I had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday! The bartender, Alex, was amazing super friendly, attentive, and made five star drinks. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel welcome. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was relaxed but lively. Definitely coming back! shoutout to Alex for making the visit memorable as I am new to the Dallas area.

My fiancé and I stopped by tonight and the staff was extremely attentive, even though the place was pretty slammed. They made sure we were taken care of the entire time. I especially appreciated that they let me take advantage of happy hour with only about 7 minutes left — that kind of customer service goes a long way.

My daughter and I visited this location. We had the rib meal. When I tell you these are the best ribs ever. They fall off the bone. And that hickory bourbon sauce is unbelievable. Our waitress was Courtney she had the best attitude and always made sure we were ok and our drinks were full. Courtney has such a positive attitude she definitely should be in a manager position. Absolutely delcious food love the Cajun fish with the rice and the zucchini, its a reasonably priced and you do get a good lot of food, plus the lemonade is really good and they give you plenty of refills very quickly not to mention the service is very good, quick and they are super freindly and accommodating always getting you help very quickly witch is appreciated plus the salad bar is always a nice touch.

Came and dine in on 2/28/26. Had Omar as my server. Was thinking about dining somewhere else cause how busy it was but Omar made us felt welcome and suggested we add on the garden bar to our meal and that way we can partake until our meals came. That was the best decision we made ( beside that ruby relaxer he suggested as well). The salad bar was fully stocked with fresh veggies and toppings. I didn’t even notice when the meals came the table due to me enjoying the salad bar. No matter how busy it was Omar made sure we had a great experience. I will request him again.

Decided to order dinner here for 3. We ordered dinner for 2. Catfish and shrimp. Said 4 catfish fillers and 8 shrimp. Son ordered chicken salad. 2 sides. Rice and broccoli. My wife opened bag and said is this it. Upon looking I seen 1 inch of rice and few small broccoli heads. What looked to be catfish filled cut into 4 small pieces to say its 4. Sons salad came in small to go container with small chicken to cut and make your own salad. It was sad. My son went and got dinner somewhere else and we made do. Really thought more of Ruby Tuesdays but wasn’t happy at all.

Haven’t been here in a long while. Glad we came tonight. It was amazing, the food was awesome the salad bar just as amazing as I remember, Bobby our server was awesome! All the employees were amazing and friendly. Reminded me of old times with great atmosphere and great food.
